Job Summary
The Lead Medication Assistant organizes and assigns the resident assistants to ensure that residents' plans of care are carried out and documented as directed. Knowledge of and delivers appropriate age-related care related to the physical and psychological needs of adult and geriatric residents per plans of care. An essential communication link with resident assistants. Provides hands on care to residents and works with additional resources to plan and deliver care for all residents in their household. Plays a key role in the resident admission process, orientation of new staff and students, and data collection on performance indicators. Performs tasks delegated by the supervising nurse as well as other managers in the blended household. Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned resident.
Responsible for maintenance of the household environment during his/her scheduled shift. Assists the resident in transferring, re-positioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment and provides range of motion and passive exercises. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate. Administers prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and within their scope of practice as defined by state regulations. Documents the outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates changing condition, medication follow-up and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. Aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Utilizes cost effective measures while delivering quality care. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.
Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 18 preferred. Six months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Iowa: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained.
Minnesota: Must have nursing assistant certification, have completed the 75-hour course and be registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Successful completion of a state-approved Trained Medication Assistant course.
North Dakota: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained. If working in an Assisted Living or Basic Care facility, Medication Assistant I certification required. If working in a skilled nursing facility, Medication Assistant II certification is required.
South Dakota: Must successfully complete the state approved Certified Medication Aide (CMA) course. CMA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing.

Qualifications
A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program is required; minimum associate degree or equivalent as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Respiratory Therapists must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all procedures, indications, contraindications and hazards involved in respiratory care, as well as knowledge of equipment utilized in their department. POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Propane Transport Driver to join our team, in our South Dakota and North Dakota regions. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering bulk propane and providing service work to an established customer base. Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. The Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.

The IT Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of all information technology functions for the organization, ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and innovative technology services. This position directs IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, application support, and technical service delivery.
The IT Director also serves as the Local Agency Security Officer (LASO), a role mandated by the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. This position is responsible for ensuring the security of all systems, hardware, software, and network policies used to access, process, store, or transmit Criminal Justice Information (CJI). As LASO, the IT Director coordinates directly with federal and state partners to ensure compliance and protect sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Develop, implement, and maintain organization-wide IT policies, standards, and procedures, including cybersecurity, architecture, procurement, and disaster recovery.
Provide strategic direction for technology planning, modernization, and resource allocation to support operational and regulatory objectives.
Ensure IT initiatives align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
IT Operations & Service Delivery
Oversee the reliability, performance, and security of all IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and telecommunications.
Direct the administration of servers, virtual environments, storage systems, enterprise backup and recovery, and system monitoring.
Ensures technical support services for all Standing Rock Sioux Tribe's departments and sites.
Manage the development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise applications and software systems.
Project & Vendor Management
Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for the successful delivery of technology initiatives.
Develop bid specifications for technology procurements and evaluate proposals in accordance with Federal and Tribal requirements.
Oversee negotiated service agreements, vendor relationships, and contract compliance for the IT/Security departments.
Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance
Implement and enforce security policies, controls, and monitoring to protect data, systems, and infrastructure.
Oversee identity management, firewall administration, network security controls, and incident response procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and support security audits and compliance reviews.
Maintains accurate and complete records as required by law, policy, and established procedures.
Fiscal Management
Develop, administer, and monitor the annual IT budget; ensure expenditures align with approved financial resources, organizational priorities, and applicable fiscal controls.
Oversee the procurement of IT equipment, software, and services; manage vendor contracts, purchasing processes, and the lifecycle of IT assets in compliance with Tribal policies.
Conduct financial forecasting, cost-benefit analyses, and expenditure tracking; provide regular financial reports to leadership and support audit readiness through proper documentation and internal controls.
Manage fiscal aspects of major IT initiatives and capital projects, including budget planning, cost monitoring, and alignment of project spending with approved funding.
Ensure all IT purchases align with the annual IT plan and approved financial budget by coordinating with program leadership to assess needs, developing the IT plan in accordance with Tribal policies, and supporting its adoption by the Tribal Council alongside the annual budget.
Local Agency Security Officer (LASO) Responsibilities
This is a federally required role under the FBI CJIS Security Policy for any agency that accesses or manages Criminal Justice Information.
The IT Director, serving as LASO, will:
Act as the primary CJIS security point of contact between the organization and the Department of Justice / CJIS Systems Agency.
Ensure the security of all systems, hardware, software, and network configurations used to process or access CJI.
Identify authorized users of CJIS-approved hardware, software, and firmware.
Ensure no unauthorized individuals or processes access CJIS-related systems or information.
Document and maintain the connection details of agency-owned equipment accessing CJIS systems.
Verify that personnel security screening requirements are met in accordance with CJIS Security Policy.
Ensure required security controls are implemented, tested, and functioning as intended.
Report and support the investigation of any potential or confirmed security incidents involving CJI.
Physical Security & Risk Management
Oversee physical security technologies, including surveillance systems, access control, and incident documentation.
Coordinate with law enforcement, public safety, and other departments regarding security needs and investigations.
Support leadership by providing technical expertise and reporting related to facility and system security.
Distributes security alerts or other important materials to appropriate departments and staff.
Leadership & Staff Development
Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff through effective supervision, training, and performance management.
Promote a culture of service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure staffing levels and skill sets align with organizational technology needs.
Must maintain active certification and complete required online security and privacy training.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Operating Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
5-10 years of progressively responsible IT experience, including systems administration, networking, application support, or cybersecurity.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, network administration, cybersecurity practices, cloud services, and enterprise infrastructure.
Demonstrated success in IT project management, vendor management, and contract administration.
Experience managing backup and recovery systems, system monitoring, and enterprise security tools.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to manage teams and complex operational priorities.
Must pass all required background checks, including CJIS screening requirements.
Valid driver's license required.
Strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
