This position will oversee the development and delivery of health, safety and environmental standards to reduce or eliminate loss and accidents, audit and monitor compliance and adhere to overall company guidelines and local regulations. This role reports to the General Manager and is a member of the site senior management team. Demonstrate commitment to safety and Capstone's Values in Action. Safety Leadership: Champion Pinto Valley's safety culture and systems, ensuring compliance with MSHA and site policies. Guide leadership in embedding health and safety into daily operations.
