The Water Instructors shall demonstrate they have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of five (5) years technical experience working with Army water production and distribution systems. When awarded, we will support the CENSECFOR at Chesapeake, VA, as well as - San Diego, CA. This effort establishes the support the Antiterrorism (AT) Leadership Training Program. It includes all Antiterrorism training for which CENSECFOR has been tasked with course management responsibility. Services provided shall include, but are not limited to, course and curriculum development, training management and oversight, and instructional delivery. The training provided by the instructor will encompass the course scope, learning objectives, and Navy instructions. This support will be accomplished predominately at CENSECFOR Headquarters site at Little Creek, VA, and at CENSECFOR Detachments at Chesapeake, VA, San Diego, CA, and Pearl Harbor, HI to satisfy the AT training requirements for CENSECFOR. These services shall be provided in support of CENSECFOR programs under the coordination of the CENSECFOR Director of Training (DOT) and CENSECFOR COR. The following position is required for this effort: Position: AT Instructor, Chesapeake Virginia. Instructors are required to: · Maintain high personal standards of technical knowledge · Demonstrate professional competence in delivering training material. · Effectively perform in a military background and possess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U. S. Navy, military rank/grade structure, · Have knowledge of Navy and military terminology, and shipboard/installation environments and configurations. · Have a high-level self-starter with the demonstrated technical experience · Keep current on the respective technologies and programmatic advancements and the Navy Antiterrorism Program. At a minimum, shall possess: · High personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material. · The ability to perform in a military environment. · Familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U. S.
