Zev J. Eigen is a data scientist focused on cutting edge applications in HR, labor and employment law, and legal services. A former professor at Northwestern, and visiting professor at Yale and NYU, Dr. Eigen was honored as one of ''40 Under 40 Rising Legal Stars'' by the National Law Journal, and is frequently quoted in the media as an expert on big data and predictive analytics.

For more than 14 years, entrepreneur Brett Brosseau has provided effective leadership and strategic direction to many successful ventures. Mr. Brosseau is currently Chief Operating Officer for a leading B2B service provider, a digital marketing solutions company, and one of the industry’s premier direct marketing companies, which provides go-to-market solutions. Within the service provider company, he is responsible for the long-term direction of the company, as well as the supervision of key personnel. Brett Brosseau achieves these goals by properly placing talent throughout the organization for maximum efficiency, reviewing safety and training programs for effectiveness, and monitoring and managing the company’s sales and profitability goals. Meanwhile, at the direct marketing company, Mr. Brosseau is responsible for the strategies and direction of each program in the organization. He provides leadership for the strategic planning process and programmatic strategic initiatives.

As co-founder of Orchid Resorts Management Pvt. Ltd. in 1998, Brett Brosseau was charged with selecting key personnel and promoting the company’s products. He contributed to the company’s long-term goals by creating reports on the performance of the general manager, operations managers, and subordinate directors for the chairman of the board. Mr. Brosseau’s keen understanding of the hotel business and his strategic planning skills were major factors to the success of Orchid Resorts Management Pvt. Ltd.

Prior to his entrepreneurial success, Mr. Brett Brosseau excelled as an athlete and was named Athlete of the Year in 1990 while a student at Colchester High School in Colchester, Vermont. He went on to become a member of the men’s varsity soccer team at Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1995. He also served as class vice president at Hawaii Pacific University in 1995.

Brett Brosseau contributes regularly to several charitable causes including Vermont Children’s Hospital in Burlington, Vermont. In addition, he is an avid sportsman, participating in football, soccer, and hunting.

Rekha Shenoy works at Tripwire and a Chief Product Officer at Syndio, Chief Product Officer at Zapproved, and Advisor at SkyPoint Cloud and is based in Portland Oregon Area. She has experience at BMC Software Inc. and Compaq and has worked as VP:Marketing & Corporate Dev at Tripwire. Rekha studied at University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE) and Rice.

Rob is a 20-year tech industry veteran experienced in building innovative data centric applications at web scale. Since early in his career he has been in technology leadership positions setting tech strategy and building engineering teams. Most recently, he was CTO of Bitly and AOL’s Patch.

Rob Pocarelli is a COO at Syndio.

Most recently as VP, Assistant General Counsel responsible for labor, employment and general litigation at Starbucks and 15 years of focus on pay equity, Rob joins Syndio as Chief Legal Counsel to drive industry wide impact.
