This role supports remote field dispatch with local travel for daily service calls. Candidates must be self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
Travel to client sites using a personal vehicle

The expected hiring range for a Systems Administrator II is $71,000 - $89,000/year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. Duties and Responsibilities:
Help to maintain Windows and Linux Servers by patching and ensuring they are deployed according to ICCU's deployment guidelines.

Assist the team with monitoring and maintaining Office 365 (Exchange Online and One Drive) and Azure environments.

Leverage industry-standard tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Nessus, Defender) for vulnerability scanning and reporting.
Implement and maintain security controls for endpoint devices using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, JAMF, Intune, and Workspace One.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC and address application vulnerabilities.
Perform vulnerability scans and remediation for network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Oversee vulnerability management for cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Leverage automation tools and scripts to streamline vulnerability detection, reporting, and remediation workflows.
Integrate vulnerability management processes with SIEM, ticketing, and asset management systems.
Track and report on vulnerability management KPIs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or engineering/math field is a plus. The following relevant certifications are not required to start with, but at least one of the following (or similar) must be obtained within the first 6 months:
Security certifications such as CISSP or Office 365/Azure (ex. M365 Mobility and Security or the MS-500).
