    The Systems Administrator acts as the second tier of support for Meriplex's Technical Assistance Center(TAC) and reports to a TAC Manager. This role works within the TAC's ticketing system to resolve Level 2 end user issues. The Systems Administrator must deliver exemplary customer service and technical advice while following all SOPs to complete customer requests. The person in this position is responsible for an array of mid-level issues ranging from basic firewall administration to troubleshooting Azure subscriptions. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced Active Directory and Office365 user account support. Deliver network and end-user VPN access support. Provide advanced level Active Directory GPO support. Offer second level VMware support. Administer server maintenance, security groups, and SAN connectivity. Perform basic firewall administration. Supply multifaceted authentication (MFA) support. Ability to troubleshoot and create Azure subscriptions. Administer spam solution products. Support MS Exchange servers. Manage wireless environment. Manage backup and replication solutions and storage devices. Perform technical equipment installations at customer sites. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Service Line Administrator - Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Physiatry provides strategic and operational leadership to drive the growth, financial performance, and overall success of these key service lines. Operating within an administrator-physician dyad, this role partners closely with Physician Leaders to expand market share, develop programs, and deliver high-value, patient-centered care across the continuum. The Service Line Administrator oversees ambulatory operations, develops new lines of business, and ensures safe, high-quality care and an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include management of Cascade SurgiCenter-a joint venture between the hospital and physician owners-and oversight of the Athletic Training team serving local high schools. Working within a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, the Service Line Administrator partners with hospital and ambulatory leaders, other Service Line Administrators, and support departments to align resources and achieve system goals. This role requires strong collaboration, influence, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into operational excellence benefiting both St. Charles Health System and the community. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: Develops, oversees and executes comprehensive strategic and operational plans for Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Physiatry, aligning with the organization's overall mission and vision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: System Administration: * Monitor ERP system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability * Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our Oracle ERP environment. * Manage integrations between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS, financial platforms) * Research, test, schedule and deploy upgrades and releases while adhering to documented change management process and procedures * Create and maintain system documentation including desktop procedures, end user procedures, system diagrams, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Business Continuity Planning (BCPs), disaster recovery plans, user access audits and test plans * Analyze, evaluate, and recommend system changes, configuration and enhancements based on business requirements of critical processes and applications and expertise related to system construction and areas of efficiency * Independently make decisions based on mastery knowledge level of supported applications and related business processes * Lead meetings and deliver presentations to small and large groups of various levels of management across the organization * Gather, interpret, and report system performance issues to vendor, business unit(s) and management and document performance trends * Establish performance measures, goals, and objectives for the software based on the business requirements * Implement and maintain security protocols, user roles, and access controls * Develop, test, and execute scripts to translate business requirements into system enhancements. * Access relevant system servers and databases to develop and maintain business requirements. * Stay current with new ERP and EPM technologies and features and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation. * Provide support and troubleshoot issues for ERP and EPM applications * Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and end-users * Work closely with Oracle support and vendors to resolve issues and implement best System Development: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications * Develop reports and dashboards using ERP reporting tools, such as OTBI * Ensure data quality, security, and privacy through data validation and access controls * Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and data integrations using platform-specific tools and APIs * Customize and integrate third-party applications and services into existing solutions. User Support and Training: * Provide tier two help desk assistance to issues escalated from First Support on critical applications * Provide subject matter expertise to assist in the development and delivery of training for end users * Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and training * Create user documentation, training materials, like how-to guides to enable self-service * Assist System Administrator I, II and III team members with the process of converting business requirements into system requirements as needed Project Subject Matter Expert: * Lead medium to large project efforts and independently support project work * Understand in-depth, the business requirements of critical applications while differentiating requirement vs. process. Convert business requirements into system requirements and maintain ongoing communication with the vendor Data Management: * Understand, monitor, and maintain data integrations with source systems at an in-depth level to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial and/or critical data * Develop, maintain, and monitor data validation routines and understand the business impact of data exceptions or delays * Develop, maintain, schedule, and monitor reports for end users * Utilize SQL Developer to read and update PL/SQL scripts currently running on the EPM Automate server QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     The Application Administrator I for Microsoft 365 and Intune is responsible for the support and administration of the Microsoft 365 productivity suite and the Microsoft Intune endpoint management platform, including related applications and integrations. This role is responsible for all aspects of end-user technology administration, including level 2 support, application configuration, security and role administration, quality assurance, and data management activities to ensure an efficient, reliable, and secure user experience that enhances store productivity and supports business expansion. This position reports issues and concerns that affect the stability of any production system to the chain of command with a sense of urgency. This role is within the Information and Digital Services organization at Les Schwab headquarters in Bend, OR. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 35% - Provide level 2 support of escalated incidents and problems from business users related to Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint) and Intune-managed devices, resulting in reduced business impact by timely resolution. Support activities include investigation, diagnosis, incident resolution, identification of acceptable workarounds, and following proper incident closure procedures. 30% - Perform business-approved security and role administration requests within Azure Active Directory and the M365 Admin Centers, and deploy application and configuration policy changes via Intune with appropriate documentation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Educational/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, or equivalent field, or a combination of relevant education and experience including 2+ years' experience administering Microsoft 365 services and/or Microsoft Intune. Required Technical Skills/Knowledge: Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
