* Serves as Administrator of assigned applications by maintaining the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation.
* Evaluates, tests, and applies updates and patches to assigned applications on a scheduled basis.
* Troubleshoots, resolves, and documents issues and changes related to assigned applications.
* Communicates effectively with all stakeholders and users to address application issues, upgrades, and changes.
* Researches, proposes, and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability, features, and performance of the assigned applications.

Serves as a resource to the respective Quality Improvement programs in the various Health Care Units in the assigned Region.
Participates in training appropriate Bureau of Prisons staff in the theory and practices of Quality Improvement.
Responsible for coordinating the overall Health Care Risk Management activities across the Region.
Responsible for providing expert advice to the Regional Health Services Administrator and coordinating with the Chief, Office of Quality Management in formulating relevant management control systems to be used by the affected institutions.
Assists each institution in developing local quality improvement programs, consistent with national policy and priorities.
Assists the institutions in conducting Mortality Reviews for all deaths which occur within the Region.
Responsible for maintaining a credentialing and privileging tracking system for use by the Region and the Health Services Division, especially the Medical Director.

Summary
The Maintenance Planner provides leadership and direction for work management functions across two LNG and two RNG production plants. This role is responsible for defining, recommending, implementing, and managing systems, structures, and processes to achieve and sustain the Work Management Mission. The Maintenance Planner prepares schedules, coordinates work, implements preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and develops equipment records and cost distribution. The position works closely with Service Technicians, Plant Managers, Operations General Manager, and Supply Chain to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Planning and Scheduling Process
• Lead and support day-to-day maintenance planning and scheduling activities across multiple production plants.
• Ensure Maintenance Technicians follow established procedures for planning and scheduling.
• Routinely communicate new or changed processes to technicians and stakeholders.
• Create and manage inspection routes, preventative maintenance, and corrective work orders; input documentation into Field Service Programs.
• Assemble work schedules considering equipment needs, availability, labor requirements, and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with LNG General Manager, Plant Managers, and Supply Chain to optimize scheduled work.
• Maintain awareness of work prioritization processes within Operations, Quality, Safety, and other departments.
• Routinely communicate and adhere to CMMS standards and usage.
• Perform data analysis on CMMS information to provide solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in budget management by communicating spending history and future predictions by work type and category.
• Act as point person for CMMS setup around new capital projects, including service objects, assets, asset hierarchy, inspections, PMs, and correctives.
• Leverage IoT and data analytics tools to support predictive maintenance initiatives and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards applicable to LNG/RNG production.

The Systems Engineer Ill - Research Technology Support, under general supervision, collaborates with other Systems Engineers and IT personnel to assist with defining technology problems and solutions. What We Want
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer with a strong foundation in SQL, data integration, and automation to support the Center's data infrastructure and reporting systems.
