Summary
The Maintenance Planner provides leadership and direction for work management functions across two LNG and two RNG production plants. • Create and manage inspection routes, preventative maintenance, and corrective work orders; input documentation into Field Service Programs.
• Assemble work schedules considering equipment needs, availability, labor requirements, and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with LNG General Manager, Plant Managers, and Supply Chain to optimize scheduled work.
• Maintain awareness of work prioritization processes within Operations, Quality, Safety, and other departments.
• Routinely communicate and adhere to CMMS standards and usage.
• Perform data analysis on CMMS information to provide solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in budget management by communicating spending history and future predictions by work type and category.
• Act as point person for CMMS setup around new capital projects, including service objects, assets, asset hierarchy, inspections, PMs, and correctives.
• Leverage IoT and data analytics tools to support predictive maintenance initiatives and reduce unplanned downtime.
