The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide Educational Instruction and Support Services for The Army Troop School (Ft. Bragg) Soldier Development Program - Installation Troop Schools Program (Troop School). The Installation Troop School Program's purpose is to maintain readiness capabilities as outlined by AR 350-1 and reduce funding costs to the Army while simultaneously maintaining war-fighting proficiency. Troop Schools provide academic instruction in job related skills.
These programs support readiness and training and are available to the Soldiers at no cost. This project specifically addresses the Installation Troop Schools Program (Troop School). The Troop Schools courses are based upon training requirements requested by installation commanders to ensure proper certifications to conduct garrison and deployment mission requirements.
Soldier Development Program Site Administrator - Troop School Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Provide Educational Instruction and Support Services for The Army Troop School (Ft. Bragg) Soldier Development Program - Installation Troop Schools Program (Troop School).
Troop Schools Courses: Team ProSidian shall provide instructional and administrative services to conduct computer-delivered courses on-line via the Government-owned network, and off-line via Government-owned software. Programs of Instruction (POI) will be approved by the TRADOC -Training And Doctrine Command designated proponent. Team ProSidian shall be required to print and distribute class schedules and course descriptions on quarterly basis for distribution.
The Site Administrator Personnel shall work as part of Team ProSidian's Troop School Team and have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the management of a similar or related multi-function operation. The site management personnel shall act as central points of contact (POC) with the Government, COR, and customers shall be required to attend briefings, conferences and other Government designated meetings.
The Installation Troop School Program's purpose is to maintain readiness capabilities as outlined by AR 350-1 and reduce funding costs to the Army while simultaneously maintaining warfighting proficiency. Team ProSidian shall provide instructional and administrative services to conduct computer-delivered courses on-line via the Government-owned network, and off-line via Government-owned software.
At a minimum, Team ProSidian Site Administrator must meet required DoD approved baseline certifications as described in the Army BBP 05-PR-M-0002, "Information Assurance (IA) Training and Certification v2.0", Table 1, for the IA Technical (IAT). Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for SharePoint-based knowledge management systems
Build and maintain document libraries, metadata structures, taxonomy, and workflows
Design intuitive user experiences for internal teams and government stakeholders
Implement governance models and ensure adherence to data management best practices
Provide training and documentation to end-users to promote platform adoption
Collaborate with IT, security, and program management teams to ensure compliance with DoD or agency standards
Support data migration, legacy system integration, and platform optimization initiatives

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance or higher
Security+ (CompTIA) or DoD 8570-compliant certification
3-5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration or knowledge management
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, document libraries, metadata, version control, and permissions
Experience supporting federal, DoD, or secure agency environments
Excellent communication and training skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or SPFx
Familiarity with agile project environments or ITIL frameworks
Background in records management or enterprise content systems
Prior experience working with the VA, DoD, or other federal healthcare agencies
