Perform solution decomposition from customer requirements, to capabilities, to features, to stories according utilizing SAFe Agile practices
Apply systems engineering expertise to feature designs to reduce overall risk to the software development effort
Engage with multidiscipline SMEs to fully understand the solution and document the designs
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations; or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
Experience in system engineering and software systems development utilizing the full systems engineering lifecycle, Experience to create designs for various parts of the system to include functional descriptions, interfaces, architecture diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
Experience in agile software development activities, including system level design specification and integration test and verification activities (full SE life cycle).
Experience in the IC community, including engineering work in software development, Experience in the development revisions of existing ICDs, APIs, and system specifications in response to customer changes and requests
Active and transferable U.S. government issued DOD TS/SCI is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in cloud or cloud-hybrid development and deployment environments
Experience working in the IC domain utilizing releasability standards
Experience supporting technical exchange meetings and design briefings
Experience working in the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodology that ensures high quality software is built and released to end-users quickly
Experience using MBSE processes and tools to capture systems design and elaboration in Cameo or similar tool
Experience in a Product Owner role as part of an Agile software development team

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
