The IT Helpdesk Administrator will take care of day-to-day user/client issues for two locations, one in the US and one international. We also have some remote personnel. Currently the organization is in a Hybrid AD/Azure AD and moving purely to Azure AD. We predominantly utilize O365 - Office, Sharepoint, Teams. Main Accountabilities: Resolving client/PC issues predominantly with Windows 10/11 and Office Research and assist on vulnerability mitigation. ManageEngine vulnerability and Greenbone OpenVAS are used to discover vulnerabilities. Assist in reviewing user roles and permissions in Active Directory. Ensure tickets are logged in OSTicket. AutoPilot Client deployments and assisting remote users in performing and finalizing PC setups. Assist in evaluating Group Policy to be migrated to Intune. Collect Backup Tapes and ensure proper rotation. Write end-user documentation and knowledgebase articles. Must be a US Persons.
