The Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer II designs and implements infrastructure solutions that ensure reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT environment. This role reports to the Director of IT and plays a key part in executing critical infrastructure projects, supporting core systems, and assisting with higher-level and overflow end-user support tasks as needed. Essential Duties Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure, including on-premises Windows Server environments and cloud-based virtual machines. Ensure the uptime, performance, and scalability of servers, networks, and cloud services through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning. Manage virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V) and network components to support a secure and high-performing infrastructure.
