Strong understanding of business systems and logic, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.) and database operations. Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.
