Maintain and protect all company proprietary and confidential information. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Five plus years as a systems / network analyst using the following technologies: Windows Server 2022,2019,2012, and Windows 10/11 Managing Switches, VLANs, and Wireless Access Points. SQL Server 2022,2019, 2016,2012 and Syspro Systems, PC Imaging and setup. Active Directory, VMware setup and administration, DHCP administration, IPhone, IPad and Android support, WSUS administration, Active Directory and group policies, DNS, DHCP, Symantec Antivirus, VMware, firewalls (i.e. SonicWall, DUO MFA, Barracuda, Webroot, SANs, Hyperconverged environments, Avaya/Mitel phone systems). Experience with server backup operations (i.e. Symantec Backup Exec). Experience with Webroot, O365 administration. Experience with supporting WFH users. Ability to develop desktop images, some desktop calls. Good understanding of project management techniques and time management. Team player, be driven and self-motivated and be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment. Able to support after hours work. The candidate must be a self-starter and flexible and able to adapt and learn new technologies and support our user base worldwide. Possess an Understanding of software development and maintenance.
