As a Digital Asset Librarian on the Brand Operations AI Transformation team, you'll be responsible for organizing, cataloging and managing a portion of Brand's digital assets including those generated by AI to ensure accuracy, compliance and accessibility, as well as working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, project management and tech teams. Your work will help the Brand team continue delivering engaging, brand-aligned creative to millions of customers, ensuring that our digital files including images, templates and other creative assets are properly tagged, organized and accessible across teams. You'll also work with creative technologists and other tech partners to find ways to automate processes and actions within the libraries you manage.
Job responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for organizing, cataloging, tagging and classifying digital assets for easy search and retrieval, using AI tools to automate (e.g., auto-tagging).
* Maintain and evolve metadata schema and taxonomy standards to ensure consistency and discoverability.
* Enforce usage rights, copyright, licensing and brand standards; ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
* Manage user permissions, access levels, and support IT in system maintenance, security, and troubleshooting.
* Create and document workflows for asset ingestion, approval, archiving and distribution.
* Work closely with internal teams to clarify asset needs, resolve metadata gaps and support requests for asset retrieval and usage.
* Conduct regular audits to remove duplicates, archive outdated content and improve system performance and user experience.
* Develop and deliver training, onboarding and documentation for DAM users; serve as a DAM champion within Brand and Marketing.
* Monitor system usage, generate reports, gather user feedback and recommend improvements to enhance usability and search functionality.
* Communicate updates, new content, and system changes to stakeholders; participate in governance meetings to align processes and policies.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
* Proficient with digital asset management (DAM) systems (AEM, Frame.io) and related software (e.g., Adobe Express, etc.), or the ability to learn and master quickly.

* Some experience with asset lifecycle management, rights management and digital archiving best practices.

Position Summary
An employee serving in this position advances the mission of the Library by serving as a professional librarian, providing direct public service, programming, outreach, and collection management services and expertise. This role is primarily responsible for providing leadership in a designated area/age group per the needs of the department or location. The Librarian is also responsible for establishing and maintaining key external relationships (e.g., authors, publishers, organizations, etc.) on behalf of his/her location or department and representing the Library in various outreach capacities. The Librarian, in conjunction with the Department or Branch Manager, helps set location goals for their own work as well as that of the rest of the staff and helps lead system-wide projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Assistance
Demonstrates and assists patrons with all library service and collection platforms, and is an advanced user of platforms.
Provides instruction on platforms in area of specialization.
Performs advanced searches through both public and ILS interfaces. Contributes to improving access for other staff in area of specialization.
Demonstrates and assists patrons with print and online reference tools, including Reader's Advisory resources.
Assists patrons in accessing and using document machines, library computers and library-supported software, and troubleshoots intermediate technical problems. Provides advanced assistance in area of specialization.
Provides advanced reference assistance, and helps develop access tools in area of specialization.
Individual Services
Performs transactional services (e.g., notary, passport)
Facilitates special support and services that include open-ended interactions requiring analysis, additional data gathering, independent judgment/decision-making and may have multiple “right” answers or possible outcomes (e.g., Book an Expert)
Circulation
Performs all direct patron circulation functions.
May have responsibility for regularly implementing record maintenance tasks.
May have in-depth understanding of ILS Circulation Module, and may troubleshoot ILS issues.
May troubleshoot and resolve complex patron account issues, in consultation with Manager.
Collection
May assist in shelving as needed.
Plans merchandising and organization of designated collections area(s).
Manages assigned collection areas and works in coordination with Manager and other staff in all aspects of collection merchandising and maintenance.
Creates Educator Units as needed and may provide direction to other staff who assist with creating Educator Units.

Participates in and may lead promotional activities outside the library.
Develops content and materials for both active and passive delivery to groups. May sometimes involve other staff, as needed.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The library environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of offices, which includes the need for general safe workplace practices with office equipment and computers, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations. When this position is within the Mobiles Services department work performed on vehicles (e.g., bookmobiles) is done in close quarters that, at times, may be in motion as teams travel from stop to stop. Additionally, this work is done year-round in vehicles furnished with heat and air conditioning.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
This position is performed mainly in the public and office areas of the Library although some off-site meetings in various other locations may occur (e.g., school visits, etc.). When this position is within the Mobile Services department it is performed mainly in the mobile services vehicles as well as public and office areas of the Library although some off-site meetings in various other locations may occur.
Work is generally completed during Library days and hours of operations which may vary by location and time of year. There may be the occasional need to attend meetings or events and/or respond to critical situations outside of this schedule, including before or after normal Library days and hours of operation.
Work requires the ability to lift light objects [less than 20 pounds] and carry them short distances [20 feet or less] and, within Mobile Services particularly, load/unload materials and equipment in all weather conditions.
Work requires the ability to push a fully loaded book cart (typically weighing at least 20lbs or more) for distances of at least 20 feet.
This position may require an employee to remain in a standing or seated position for extended periods of time while performing a variety of tasks.
Employees must be able to perform repetitive hand, arm, and body movements, including typing and/or lifting books, on a continuous basis.
Work requires reaching overhead and bending/kneeling to shelve books weighing up to three pounds.
Travel by personal automobile or, in the case of Mobile Services positions a Library-owned automobile or truck, and a valid State of Ohio driver's license along with the ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the Library's liability insurance carrier may be required, depending on the position's specific duties. Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County community for over 50 years. We are the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care, and therapy programs, as well as career development and wellness services. Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.
We are currently seeking full-time Peer Support, between the ages of 18 and 30, for Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS), a mobile crisis response team in our Crisis Care department. The purpose of this position is to provide support and assist young adults with basic skill building, client management, and to assist the MRSS department as needed to provide excellent and thorough services to young adults in crisis, as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Service provisions will focus on working with clients to navigate the system and enhance their recovery. MRSS is a regionally approached model and there may be times that calls need covered in the region that our team would be responsible for. This position is grant funded and available throughout the duration of the grant.
Hours: three, 12-hour weekly shifts; 8:00am - 8:00pm with rotating holidays and no weekends.

Position Summary

Leads the Library PR team in all promotional events and communications that need to go out to the campus community.
Communicates building hours via library web page, signage, and Front Desk voicemail.
Creates signage, flyers, and displays about library events, news, celebrations, and more.
Maintains regular updates to the library's social media sites.
OhioLINK
Assures seamless processing of incoming and outgoing OhioLINK items. Supervises student workers in the processing OhioLINK items. In the absence of student workers, the Public Services Librarian processes OhioLINK items.
Guides and assists student workers in the planning, strategizing, and assessment of OhioLINK processing, statistics, label creation, supply use, and potential issues.
Reference Services
Assists patrons with research needs, remotely (via phone, chat, and e-mail) and in-person.
Conducts in-depth research appointments with patrons.
Stays abreast of reference assignment alerts.
Works on reference projects, such as constructing and editing research guides and tutorials.
Spangler Learning Center Building
Collaborates with Spangler Learning Center building staff to ensure its efficient operation.
Follows pre-determined procedures for opening and/or closing Spangler Learning Center.
Monitors the behavior of patrons utilizing the building to prevent theft and/or destruction of materials and equipment.
Works with ODU Public Safety when there is a safety concern, building issue, emergency, or patrons that need assistance (escorts, lost and found, etc.).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Library & Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution.
Experience with library systems and general computer software, such as MS Office.
Experience assisting patrons with research using online catalogs, the internet, and research databases.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
Ability to work as a team member to establish agreed upon goals and to share a common purpose that is service oriented.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills.
Willingness to work in a changing environment to meet the needs of library patrons.
Physical Demands
Routine physical demands for an office environment.
Frequent standing or walking.
Sitting at a desk or in meetings for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift/move up to 25lbs.
Operate all computer equipment, copier, printer, telephone, calculator, etc.

Job Summary:
The position supports the Youth Services Department by participating in the creation and presentation of programs, as well as developing and maintaining collections. It involves providing courteous and reliable customer service to patrons while upholding the core values and mission of the Library. The role includes recommending improvements within areas of responsibility, keeping the manager informed of ongoing projects and progress, and maintaining effective communication with both the manager and fellow staff. Additionally, the position promotes collaboration and strong communication across departments to help achieve Library-wide goals and may include participation in cross-functional Library teams. This position will be expected to work nights and weekends.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Public Service & Patron Interaction
Maintains regular patron contact by providing courteous, prompt, reliable public library reference service, readers' advisory, computer assistance, and general assistance.
Participates in the operation of the Youth Services Department reference desk.
Responds swiftly and professionally to resolve patron conflict equitably and tactfully addresses those involved in inappropriate behavior.
Interacts regularly with Library staff, patrons, and general public.
Serve as Person in Charge as needed or requested.
Programming & Outreach
Prepares and presents age-appropriate programs.
Represents the Library by visiting and presenting programs at schools, preschools, and childcare facilities in the community.
Responsible for presenting topics to groups and for educating the public on how to use Library resources effectively.
Prepares and ensures proper documentation/recording of outreach and teacher loans.
Develops and maintains promotional floor displays.
Collection Development
Responsible for collection development and management by selecting and ordering appropriate content in designated areas.
Maintains materials budget for designated areas and orders materials within scope of available funds.
Professional Development & Collaboration
Works with manager to set annual performance goals and objectives that support the Library's core values.
Participate in Library teams, meetings, in-service training, workshops, and conferences.
Maintains knowledge of library profession by attending training and workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional organizations outside of the library.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintains paper and digital records/files for respective areas.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Ability to operate computer and web applications, departmental technology, and the Library's automation and email systems.
Ability to provide consistently high-quality customer service.
Knowledge of youth library services, youth literature, and popular youth materials.
Ability to relate to children and teens with an understanding of their developmental needs.
Ability to tactfully and effectively work with and to design age-appropriate programs for preschool, school-age, and teen patrons and their parents and caregivers.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgement in handling information and records.
Ability to resolve complex problems.
Consistently maintains and displays a positive attitude.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Qualifications:
Master's in Library Science or Library Information Sciences from an ALA accredited school is
required

2 - 3 years' experience in a public library youth services department environment is
preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.
Ability to reach overhead and stoop to floor level.
Operate standard business office equipment.
Travel is required frequently to visit local schools and community events, off-site training sessions and/or meetings.
