Position Summary
Talley seeks motivated Tax/Audit Interns who bring curiosity, a positive attitude, and critical thinking to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. We welcome well-rounded candidates eager to grow into future leaders of the firm.
Program Structure & Commitment
Duration: 8-week, in-person only program (June-July)
Rotation: 4 weeks in Tax and 4 weeks in Audit , providing broad technical exposure
Schedule: 20 hours/week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Career Pathway: High rate of full-time offers extended to successful interns
Qualifications
Junior/Senior standing; graduating between May-Summer preferred
Pursuing Bachelor's in Accounting; minimum 3.0 major GPA
Completed Intermediate Accounting course by start of internship preferred
Capable and willing to learn more about the firm and profession
Ability to work independently and in a team while managing multiple tasks
Strong verbal/technical written communication and teamwork skills
Relevant work experience a plus but not required
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
