About this Role
Quanta South Region is seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Safety Support professional to oversee Transmission projects in Texas. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting safety excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a real-time safety resource for crews working across diverse and dynamic environments.
What You'll Do
* Conduct regular field visits to assess working conditions and identify potential safety risks on active Transmission job sites
* Provide on-the-ground safety guidance to crews, helping apply established protocols and mitigate hazards in real-time
* Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and client-specific safety requirements
* Facilitate daily safety interactions, tailgate discussions, and crew check-ins to reinforce safety expectations
* Support incident response efforts, documentation, and corrective action processes as needed
* Assist in executing project-specific safety initiatives and maintaining field-level compliance documentation
* Collaborate with field leaders, foremen, and safety teams to maintain a strong, proactive safety culture
What You'll Bring
* HS Diploma/GED preferred
* Minimum 8 years of experience in the power industry is a must, with a strong background in Transmission
* Experience could be as a lineman, foreman, or safety with direct experience in the field
* Completed applicable OSHA safety training is required
* Strong knowledge of job-site safety practices in electrical utility environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management tools
* Must be willing to travel

About this Role
Power Engineering Services, a Quanta Services Company, is looking for Electrical Field Service Lead Technicians (NETA) to join our growing teams in both the Houston, TX & San Antonio, TX markets.
As a Electrical Field Service Lead Technician (NETA) at Power Engineering Services, you will be responsible for conducting high-level electrical testing and analysis to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical systems. This position requires advanced knowledge of electrical testing methods and standards, as well as the ability to lead projects and mentor junior technicians.
What You'll Do
* Perform electrical testing and analysis on power systems and equipment.
* Lead and manage electrical testing projects from initiation to completion.
* Mentor and train junior technicians in electrical testing procedures and safety protocols.
* Ensure compliance with NETA standards and safety regulations during testing operations.

About this Role
Power Engineering Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical power engineering projects. This role involves managing field engineering teams, coordinating client deliverables, overseeing testing/commissioning schedules, and ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors, internal engineers, and support staff.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer is responsible supporting Procurement in the implementation and execution of Procurement Supplier Quality Inspections and audits.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform basic to moderately complex quality assurance and quality control shop inspections and audits to ensure critical materials and engineered equipment purchased meet or exceed our customer's and contract quality and workmanship expectations
Assist in ensuring the subcontracts or corporate agreements for good and services meet Rosendin Procurement quality standards and customer's expectations
Require a working core understanding of Rosendin electrical equipment and materials related to fabrication, testing, and functionality
Independently read, understand, and analyze basic foundational equipment specifications, drawings, and provide feedback in regard to recommended supplier testing and inspections
Report to management and Project personnel about manufacturing problems, and
assist in identifying root cause issues and feedback on corrective resolutions to these problems
Communicate inspection and audit results, both verbally and written, and recommend
corrective actions
Have a thorough knowledge of Procurement quality procedures, documents, and
reporting structuresx
Assist Rosendin Procurement in Supplier/Subcontractor prequalification by providing
input on the fabricator's quality program by performing basic to moderately complex supplier audits/assessments.
Provide support to Divisions and projects in overseeing fabricator and subcontractor
quality as needed
Review basic to moderately complex Supplier/Subcontractor Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and assist in developing corrective action plans. Coordinate with Quality Managers to support approve final disposition and sign off NCR's
Provide input to Rosendin Procurement in rating the overall quality performance of

Support effective supplier and cross-functional relationships, partnership, and collaboration

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Required Electrical Engineering degree with comparable direct experience/degree/certification follows:
4 years applicable work experience in professional supplier quality
2 years applicable work experience in professional supplier quality with 2-year technical/associate's degree in electrical technology
0-1 years applicable work experience with 4-year bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

Maintain reports and notes within origination computer system regarding own prospects and customers to ensure complete exchange of information regarding loan application, loan status, conversations with customers, underwriting, lock in information, monthly projected closings, incentive, and expense

What You'll Do
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
* The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the team of engineers performing the design, analysis, and optimization of electrical power systems for utility, industrial, and commercial clients. As a Electrical Testing Technician (NETA Level 3 or 4) at Power Engineering Systems you will be responsible for conducting high-level electrical testing and analysis to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical systems. Responsible for SWPPP management and compliance.
Regular review of project development budgets with Director of Development for reconciliation.

About this Role
Quanta South Region is seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Safety Support professional to oversee Transmission projects in Texas. The Senior Supplier Quality Surveillance Engineer is responsible supporting Procurement in the implementation and execution of Procurement Supplier Quality Inspections and audits.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform quality assurance and quality control shop inspections to ensure critical materials and engineered equipment purchased meet or exceed our customers' and contract quality and workmanship expectations.
Assist in ensuring the subcontracts or corporate agreements for goods and services meet Rosendin Procurement quality standards and customers' expectations.
Require a working understanding of Rosendin electrical equipment and materials related to fabrication, testing, and functionality.
Be able to read and understand equipment specifications, drawings, and provide
feedback in regards to recommended testing and inspections.
Report to management and Project personnel about manufacturing problems, and
assist in identifying and correcting these problems.
Communicate inspection results, both verbally and in writing, and recommend
necessary corrective actions.
Have a thorough knowledge of Procurement quality procedures, documents, and
reporting structures.
Assist Rosendin Procurement in Supplier/Subcontractor pre-qualification by providing
input on the fabricator's quality program by performing supplier audits/assessments.
Provide support to Divisions and projects in overseeing fabricator and subcontractor
quality as needed.
Review Supplier/Subcontractor Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and assist in developing corrective action plans. Coordinate with Quality Managers to approve final disposition and sign off of
NCR's.
Provide input to Rosendin Procurement in rating the overall quality performance of
suppliers and subcontractors.
Highly skilled and experienced in written and verbal communications to include
leading pre-fabrication meetings, creating pre-fabrication checklists, writing
inspection/audit reports.
Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Broad working knowledge of all design/craft disciplines and engineered equipment/materials associated with renewable energy and electrical projects and must be familiar with their special processes, inspection, and testing techniques
Must be familiar with electrical procurement and vendor surveillance procedures as well as working knowledge of construction industry codes and standards related to the manufacture and testing of electrical components/systems such as IEEE, IECC, NEC, NFPA, NESC, IBC, IFC, etc.)

What You'll Do
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the team of engineers performing the design, analysis, and optimization of electrical power systems for utility, industrial, and commercial clients. The role involves reviewing power system studies, providing technical support, and ensuring that electrical infrastructure meets safety, reliability, and efficiency standards.
Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices to ensure power system compliance with relevant specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Conduct detailed power system studies including, but not limited to, load flow, short circuit, arc flash, coordination, harmonic, motor-starting, and DC studies using industry-standard software and tools.
Directly oversee a team of up to 12 entry- and mid-level engineering staff, approve timesheets, conduct annual reviews, and work with project management to load balance engineering resources.

Work with senior engineering peers to drive department-level process improvements relating to training, quality control, and human capital development.
