The Nondestructive Testing Sr Technician will independently perform inspections utilizing various advanced NDT techniques (Phased Array UT, CR, DR) seeking corrosion, defects, or detrimental conditions in accordance with specific written criteria. The Sr. Technician will perform inspections, interpret indications, and report results per company requirements. The Sr. Technician will be able to communicate processes, procedures and results to customers. The Sr Technician will assist in training apprentices in the various NDT Methods.

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for evaluating field and/or Division safety conditions through auditing, and monitoring, and advising company management on findings, as well as communicating the company's safety programs. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and maintaining TEAMs safety programs, and ensuring that both company and client safety rules and governmental safety requirements are enforced at the jobsite.
Essential Job Functions
* Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
* Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values
* Provides direction to jobsite supervisors in safe work practices on the jobsite
* Resolves safety concerns in the field in a timely manner
* Communicates with management and clients providing updates on safety activities
* Performs routine safety inspections on job site and documents all safety inspection activities
* Investigates, reports, and follows-up on all work related injuries and accidents
* Initiates all needed recordkeeping on accidents and near misses, relays information to corporate, and maintains files on each case
* Ensures Districts are in compliance with safety and technical training requirements
* Ensures Districts are maintaining an adequate supply of approved safety PPE, such as ear plugs, glasses, gloves, harnesses, etc.
* Reviews and assists Districts with maintaining all required OHSA logs and summaries for injuries
* Conducts Smith System driver training as needed and maintains all associated records
* Works with Managers and Supervisors to ensure Field Evaluations and Job Safety Analysis Audits are performed properly and maintains associated files
* Conducts random vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in acceptable operating condition and contain the required safety equipment
* Conducts and/or assists, as needed, with monthly safety meetings for the Districts
* Ensures that all vehicle and PPE Inspections are completed
* Ensures Districts are maintaining the most current safety, training, and QA manuals as well as training aides
* Assists Districts with completing customer issued PQF forms
* Performs scheduled audits and provides comprehensive reports for the Districts to ensure compliance with applicable TISI, OSHA, DOT, RSPA, FMCSA and EPA Safety Policies and Standards.
Job Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associates degree in a Health safety or environmental related discipline
* Two (2) to four (4) years prior experience in safety role in an industrial setting
* Holds OSHA certifications in at least 30 hour courses or other equivalent certifications
Work Conditions
* Position is based out of a District location
* Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere
* Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel
* Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels
* Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
* May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes
Physical and Mental Requirements
* Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds

* Quality Manual writing experience.
* Plan and oversee the process of performing and development of WPSs, PQRs and WPQs as well as create and maintain supporting documentation.
* Establish welding procedures to guide production and welding personnel. Direct/coordinate personnel in performing inspections to ensure compliance with established welding procedures, standards, and in testing welds for compliance with requirements.
* Perform welding related audits at all locations as needed.

Job Qualifications
* Degree in Welding Engineering/Welding Engineering Technology or Degree in Engineering with welding emphasis or equivalent through work experience Preferred but not required.
* 5 to 10 years related work experience preferred, but not required
* AWS CWI certification preferred.
* Experience with evaluating structure-property-process relationships of metal alloys or ceramics.
* Experience with GTAW, GMAW , FCAW , SAW and SMAW
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work under time constraints, good interpersonal skills and a high degree of initiative is preferred
* Ability to read technical documents and engineering specifications is preferred
* Must be able to work variable shifts and overtime
