    Production Workers are responsible for the following processes: ingredients prep, mixing, cooking, and final packaging for Teasdale's food products. This can include raw material preparations, setting up, monitoring, and maintaining equipment and workflows used in our food production lines. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Update and label boxes for proper packaging. Packs finished products. Records the number of cases per pallet and batch. Move and organize products, materials, or equipment between work areas. Operates food production equipment as needed (ranging from a scan gun to a steam kettle). Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or process requirements. Ensures cleaning protocols are conducted for all food production equipment. Notifies supervisor of equipment repair or maintenance needs. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE: Training Provided but previous manufacturing experience preferred. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to problem solve and use manual dexterity skills. Working with raw materials on a production floor requires physical strength and stamina. Must lift 50-65 pounds up to four feet high without assistance. Required to bend, stoop, pull, and push in the performance of job duties. Responsible for a clean and safe working environment always. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices. Assists other areas when needed. Performs other job duties as necessary.
