Target Salary Range = $80k to $90k The Quality Specialist - Customer Compliance plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to customer inquiry resolution and management, and in populating customer portals with product-specific documentation for all Teasdale facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining the company's complaint registers and trending reports. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop and maintain customer inquiry registers and reports. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for storing, issuing, pulling, receiving, shipping and conducting inventory reconciliation of all packaging and raw materials to and from dedicated production or warehouse areas. Lead and manage the Food Service sales team, including hiring, training, establishing objectives, and performance management. Create go-to-market strategies to acquire, secure, and grow Teasdale's Food Service business. Develop an annual sales plan that supports Teasdale's strategy and annual objectives. Establish quarterly and annual revenue objectives for the team and actively manage key performance metrics to monitor team performance and effectiveness. Proactively develop and implement joint business plans with key customers Lead and own the monthly sales forecast and set performance goals for the Food Service channel accordingly Communicate product feedback from prospective and current customers to the quality and product development teams Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to grow long-term market share Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and new product development opportunities Actively manage broker relationships to grow sales, market share, and profitability with appropriate targets and performance goals Leverage syndicated and customer-specific data, creating category insight selling stories that drive results - help lead the team with an emphasis on category insights as a daily business practice. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 10+ years of Food Service experience required in sales and category insights. Experience calling on foodservice accounts and national distributors is a requirement. Experience developing, planning, and leading strategic internal and external initiatives. Experience in a successful leadership role managing a team of 3+ people. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform AQL inspection of incoming components and labels Inspect components and labels and compare with standards to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications Release and issue components and labels for Production Process returns of components and labels after production is completed Collaborate with Warehouse team to perform monthly inventory checks of components, labels and sleeves. Assist in obsolete components and labels destruction Collaborate with Purchasing and Production department for testing of new components and labels Performs other related duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate with relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in related field preferred.
