GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE The Specialty Artist - MAC is responsible for maximizing sales in the MAC brand (including color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance) by engaging guests to determine their individual needs, assisting guests in the selection and purchase of merchandise, and maintaining overall store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment. They represent the image, products, and culture of Ulta Beauty and the MAC brand to the Ulta Beauty guest and support the Experience Manager (EM) through a focus on performance (service/retail sales and in-store events), people (guest service and associate culture), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires professional caliber makeup artistry skills, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge. People * Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and the internal and external guests served. * Share the benefits of the guest loyalty program, including credit and the Ulta Beauty app, with guests on the salesfloor. * Maintain and update an active clientele portfolio for MAC brand sales. * Serve as an Ulta Beauty and MAC brand ambassador with all store associates, brand partners, and guests by sharing product knowledge, makeup application techniques, information on makeup trends, and MAC consciousness programs and philosophies, including the "Back to MAC" program. * Maintain strong relationships with MAC brand partners through participation in required trainings and the execution of in-store events and promotions. * Regularly participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive MAC brand sales performance. * Collaborate with managers and associates throughout the store to help grow the business. Process * Be knowledgeable of and ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards. * Adhere to the Ulta Beauty and MAC brand dress code, including wearing brand assets as directed. * Drive sales by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced and ensuring testers are available and maintained in compliance with hygiene standards. * Maintain outstanding store and MAC operational standards, including participation in MAC recycling program and maintaining cleanliness of the MAC brand area and any additional assigned area, including the salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area. * Participate in completing merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty and MAC brand provided technology and best practices. * Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service. * Execute other operational tasks as directed. Kenner, LA Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Technical Illustrator to support its Engineering and Technical Publications departments by creating and maintaining detailed dimensional drawings and parts documentation for a diverse range of machinery. This position plays a vital role in developing visual resources used in product manuals, marketing layouts, and engineering reference materials. The ideal candidate must be proficient in CAD systems, graphic tools, and comfortable working hands-on in a production environment to gather physical measurements. Essential Duties: • Develop and maintain dimensional drawings for the entire product line using AutoCAD, derived from Creo 3D CAD models. • Support Marketing and Application Engineering by supplying accurate 2D layout data and product illustrations. • Conduct on-site machine inspections in the factory to physically measure and verify geometry for drawing accuracy. • Research engineering structures to create accurate parts manuals and exploded views. • Assist Engineering in gathering technical information for drawings and manuals. • Collaborate with Technical Writers to develop written instruction formats and integrate visuals with text. • Create detailed technical illustrations and parts drawings using: - Creo (5%) - AutoCAD (60%) - CorelDRAW (25%) • Perform photo editing and enhancement using Adobe Photoshop (5%). • Format and publish documents using Arbortext and Adobe (5%). • Enhance drawings using CorelDRAW for visual clarity, applying graphic techniques such as line weights, color, and shading. • Incorporate photography to streamline documentation where appropriate; capture and edit photos using Photoshop. • Archive photos and graphic resources for engineering and documentation reference.
