Summary
Under general supervision, the Customer and Network Facing Technician is a universal technician that is responsible for performing field installation and service work, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of cable television, internet, and telephony systems. This role supports the growth of the system by ensuring the quality performance of technical services, installation setup, testing, and maintenance of all current and future products and services over Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) networks. The incumbent ensures the quality of services provided to end-users meets or exceeds established industry and company performance standards and complies with FCC requirements and protocol.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot television, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
Performs preventative maintenance and repair of the HFC and FTTH networks, including all associated equipment, in accordance with company engineering standards.
Read and accurately interpret system/network design maps.
Install and replace HFC physical plant network components such as coax, actives, passives, grounding systems, pedestals, riser guards, conduit, etc., according to technical specifications.
Identify and repair upstream and downstream ingress.
Complete end-of-line network testing to meet technical specifications.
Regularly test all HFC network components using test equipment including: signal level meters, volt-ohm meters, leakage detector, Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR), and Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR).
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and update records of standby power supplies according to technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair basic distribution problems associated with RF, AC, and DC elements of the forward and reverse plant.
Restore system service outages.
Perform CLI rideouts and monitor and repair signal leakages.
Maintain tools and equipment inventory.
Accurately complete work orders in a timely manner.
Maintain, secure, and stock assigned vehicle and equipment.
Ensure productivity is being tracked through company applications (e.g., NRBY, WFX, Stratusync, iGlass).
Work alongside Headend personnel to properly OTDR any damaged fiber.
Properly assist on projects such as Remote Phy, 5-85 Mhz, Node activation, E2E testing on new properties, etc.
Prepare for daily work assignments by requisitioning equipment and supplies from the warehouse and stocking the vehicle as needed.
Maintain company truck and other equipment per service requirements and safety guidelines.
Drive a company vehicle between office/home, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner, and in accordance with all laws and company policies.
Communicate with dispatch (via WFX, phone, etc.) for assistance, status on current installs, or new service requests.
Consult with supervisor and other technicians for advice and assistance as needed.
Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner, including when responding to escalations and repeated customer concerns.
Educate customers regarding their existing and new services and promote other company services.

To assist members/non-members with their financial transactions which involves the issuance and receipt of cash and other negotiable instruments; assist in maintaining the systems required to support those functions; promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Receives and processes member/non-member financial transactions, which include but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfer, loan payments, check-cashing, foreign Visa Cash advances, and issuance of negotiable instruments.
Assesses fees for transaction type as outlined in procedures or the fee schedule. To assist in maintaining the systems required to support these functions.
Provide routine information concerning members' account. Directs member to appropriate department for more complex or specialized service needs.
Maintains member records.
Takes an active role in learning and understanding our members' needs and to fulfill those needs by cross-selling the appropriate Credit Union products and services.
Assists with opening and closing of the branch.
Maintain onsite ATM. This includes but not limited to the loading of cash and balancing the machine.
Assist in the management and operation of the cash vault, cash dispenser, and coin machine. This includes but not limited to the loading and emptying of cash, processing cash shipments, preparing cash shipments, inputting transactions onto the mainframe and balancing its cash totals.
Assists with safe deposit operations
Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
Job duties are efficiently, accurately, and effectively performed in accordance with established policies and standards.
Security procedures are understood and adhered to by all Service Representatives.
Teller cash drawers are to be balanced within fifteen minutes after the branch has shutdown or within fifteen minutes of serving their last member. Any balancing discrepancies should be reported to the manager on duty.
To meet balancing standards as defined in policy and procedures.
Good business relations exist with members. Members' problems or questions are courteously and promptly resolved.
To establish a good working relationship through teamwork and coordination with co-workers and management, both within and external to the department.
To insure that reports and records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
The Credit Union's professional reputation is maintained and conveyed.
Transaction levels, balancing, errors, etc. are in line with Credit Union standards.
Comply with the Information Security Policy and the Business Ethics and Conduct Code.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and/ or service of meals/ food for patients, employees, and special events as instructed by the Dietary Manager.
Serve food and snacks according to the planned menu/spreadsheet and the patient's/resident's food preferences and diet order.
Assist the Cook by ensuring the food prepared/and or pre-portioned using proper food handling/ safety techniques and is of proper quantity, completed on time as scheduled, and is in accordance with the menu & residents' diet order.
May wash dishes, etc. when necessary or when instructed to do so by the Dietary Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must possess, as a minimum, High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
Food handler's permit preferred according to local regulatory requirements
Experience in food prep and service within a skilled nursing or long term care facility strongly preferred
Must be able to speak, understand, and write in fluent English
Reliable transportation required
