Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance.

Responsible for Strategy Program Management, the Director will be the end-to-end process orchestrator to ensure that Panera Bread's strategy execution initiatives and workstreams are consolidated, planned, sequenced, executed, and measured to deliver the strategic business outcomes.
They will partner closely with Strategy Pillars leads, Enabling Function leads, and other stakeholders to create intentional cross-functional interlocks ensuring that initiatives are connected and paced, RACI's and stage gates are in place, risks are identified and communicated, and performance is visible for multiple audiences.

Transformation Portfolio Leadership
* Drive the design, execution, and governance of an integrated portfolio roadmap and calendar with milestones, interdependencies and clear ownership of workstreams aligned with enterprise priorities.

What we're looking for:
* At least 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant (dining plus bar)
* Solid track record of success in previous roles, including demonstrated career growth
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
* Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time
* Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs

What You'll Do:
From behind our beautiful bakery counter, cashiers take orders and handle payments for walk-in guests, providing an experience that's just as memorable as when they dine in. You'll also carefully pack to-go, curbside and delivery orders, double checking all meals for accuracy. In this position, you'll quickly become an expert on our delicious and expansive menu.
Your Background:
* Hospitable: you create a warm and welcoming guest experience over the phone and in person
* Attention to detail: you make sure every to-go order is accurate
* A can-do attitude: you tackle every task with a smile
* Team player: you're always willing to give and ask for help
* To-go or curbside experience is preferred, but not required
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds and continuously bend, reach and twist: you're constantly on the move
