    Psychiatrist Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) ****20 hours per week (flexible hours)**** BEDFORD, MA What you will do The Psychiatrist will be a member of a self-contained interdisciplinary team which utilizes an assertive recovery-oriented outreach model to serve 80 clients. S/he will share clinical responsibility with the Team Leader, a licensed clinician, for developing and monitoring clinical treatment and supervising staff delivery of clinical services. This is a unique opportunity to be afforded the time to be actively involved in all aspects of client treatment. The Psychiatrist will: provide medical supervision to nursing staff, staff training, psychopharmalogical treatment to PACT clients, supportive therapy, crisis evaluations, and consultation to families. Outreach services provided in clients' homes or other community locations as needed. Who You Are M.D. Board certified or Board eligible in psychiatry. Licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts and experience working with individuals with serious mental illness required. Knowledge of PACT model preferred. Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred. Basic computer skills required. Valid driver's license required.     Director of Residential Services Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) $90K-$95K Annual Salary What You Do: The Director of ACCS Residential Servies will provide direct supervision and oversight of all services in the ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Servies) GLEs. This will include overseeing the treatment and clinical documentation in compliance with the Department of Mental Health Rehab Option standards. Who You Are: A master's degree with independent licensure (LICSW, LCSW or LMHC), or license eligible A minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting.
