Perform visual and automated inspections of boards for proper component placement and soldering quality. Load components onto feeders and verify part numbers, quantities, and orientation. Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and job travelers. Monitor the SMT line and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality and production targets are met. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on SMT equipment. Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures are followed.
