WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
When you join our team, you will provide support to the collections operation by acquiring, distributing and maintaining supplies and equipment used in the day-to-day blood collections operation. You'll also be responsible for the delivery and return of materials to internal and external customers.

* Manage blood collection equipment and supplies including boxes, labels and canteen supplies. Prepare blood collection kits in accordance with established directives.
* Take inventory and order supplies from the warehouse, maintaining collections' supply and equipment area. Fill order requisitions from mobile and fixed sites
* Interact in a positive, proactive, and customer-focused manner with both internal and external customers
* May drive blood collection vehicles to load and unload required supplies and equipment where applicable and as needed
Standard Schedule (Novi, Michigan):
* The typical hours for this position are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, though you may be scheduled for hours outside of this range depending on business needs.
* To best meet the needs of our donors and community, staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Schedule is provided two to three weeks in advance
Pay Information:
* Starting rate $16.32/hour
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
* High school diploma or equivalent is required
* Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are required
* A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
* Ability to carry moderate weight is required
* Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Must be able to lift or move up to 75 pounds of weight; reach, bend, kneel, climb, push and pull; work in tight spaces.
* Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools and work with a variety of chemicals and solvents.
* Basic computer skills are required. Must be proficient with Microsoft office applications.

The Cabin Counselor will monitor, lead and control a group of children. This position will work with children, fellow workers, and staff to provide a safe and meaningful summer camp experience in a Christian environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for welcoming, settling, and safety of campers for each session
Ensure campers are aware of personal cleanliness, appropriately dressed for the weather and take precautions in dealing with sun and insect protection
Be and example of and encourage respect at all times
Take note of all announcements
Assist in teaching activities as needed
Be sure each camper is getting proper rest. Encourage a rest time for tired campers. Encourage promptness throughout the day, including lights-out time
Lead the cabin group on dining hall procedures, cabin cleanliness, meal cookouts, overnight camp outs, group activities and nightly devotions
Serve as spotters at lakefront as needed
Plan activities for the cabin group on rainy days unless otherwise programmed
On each camp closing day, check out cabin group
Sanitize showers and bathrooms daily, sanitize dorm area after each session, ensuring safe storage of all cleaning supplies
Complete appropriate daily reports each day, share with the Program Director, or local leaders, any concerns for follow-up after camp
Perform other duties as assigned

Must be at least 18 years of age

You will triage the order based on date and time needed, select and carefully pack life-saving blood products with the correct temperature regulating product to ensure safe transport. Ensure products/samples are suitable for release for distribution, while meeting production goals.
Perform good inventory management practices throughout the manufacturing and shipping process

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Two years' experience in a regulatory, distribution or manufacturing environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Good computer skills, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and good decision-making skills.
Position may require a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
Requires standing, stretching, stooping and bending for extended time periods. Lift, pull, push and move objects of up to 50 pounds. May work in walk-in refrigerator/freezers for periods of time. May be required to wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, face shields, etc.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to handle our financial transactions and maintain accurate records. This role is crucial in supporting our mission through efficient financial operations, accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Status: Part Time, 25 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
Process transactions using Shelby Systems accounting software
Handle accounts payable, including check processing and vendor management
Prepare and post journal entries
Reconcile daily sales and bank statements
Process and reconcile CounterPoint POS reports
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized filing systems for checks and financial documents
Prepare financial reports for Adult Rehabilitation Center
Generate Rags Sales & Vehicle Sales Reports
Handle auto donations process
Assist with internal audit preparations
Account Management
Process internal and external voucher billing through Shelby Accounts Receivable
Monitor and communicate about open AR accounts
Identify and post incoming wire transfers
Prepare weekly gratuities
Maintain vendor documentation and prepare 1099 processing lists
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High School Degree required
Preferred: Accounting Certificate or 2-year associate's degree in related field
