We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. This position performs routine cleaning, laundry duties, and deep-cleaning tasks while following established safety and confidentiality standards.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLaundry Duties
Collect bedding and personal clothing items from each resident.
Sort and label clothing for each resident.
Wash, dry, fold, and hang clothing as required.
Return laundered items to residents in an organized manner.
Change bedding as needed.
Housekeeping Duties
Clean assigned areas according to schedule, including resident rooms, restrooms, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, nursing stations, shower rooms, and soiled-linen rooms.
Perform standard cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing windows.
Gather and dispose of trash.
Complete deep-cleaning tasks when rooms are vacated.
Follow all cleaning procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Meet quality and quantity expectations, completing tasks in a timely manner.
Maintain required cleaning records.
Follow all company policies, including confidentiality and safety requirements.
Marginal Duties
Strip and refinish flooring or shampoo carpets as needed.
Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
Ability to lift and carry heavy loads with or without reasonable accommodation.
One year of housekeeping or related experience helpful, but not required.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
3rd shift - Start time 3:00am to 11:30am, with OT possible; Monday - Friday schedule.

Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route. Abide by Medline's safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment where needed, performing safety checks, etc.
Unload and deliver product at our customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
Provide in-person support to the customer - addressing their questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
Communicate with dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to delivery route or schedule in order to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
Perform inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued vehicle use.
Qualifications:
1.5 years+ of Class A driving experience
Current/valid CDLA and DOT medical card

Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and other scheduled destinations.
Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, including regular inspections and maintenance.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of all passengers and pedestrians.
Maintain a friendly and compassionate attitude, offering support and companionship to residents during transit.
Communicate effectively with the facility staff to ensure a smooth and organized transportation schedule.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Prior experience as a driver, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.
