Duties:
Provides patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

Tests and measures patient strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, respiratory and circulatory efficiency, and records findings to develop or revise treatment programs.
Plans and prepares a written treatment program based on evaluation of patient data.
Instructs, motivates, and assists patients to perform various physical activities and in use of assistant and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
Administers treatments, manual therapy, and traction to relieve pain and improve functioning
Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
Records treatment, response, and progress in the patient's chart into the computer.
Instructs patients and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home.
Confers with Physicians and other practitioners to obtain additional patient information, suggest revisions in treatment programs, and integrate physical therapy treatment with other aspects of patient's health care.

About the Role:
As a Therapist (FT) within the Health Care industry, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals and families through various mental health challenges and life transitions. Your primary objective will be to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional well-being and resilience. You will work closely with clients to assess their psychological needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate individual or group therapy sessions. This role requires a deep understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. Ultimately, your work will contribute to improving clients' quality of life by helping them manage crises, overcome emotional difficulties, and build healthier coping strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling or social work.
Valid state licensure or certification (LCDC, LMSW, LPC)
Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy.
Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and ethical standards in mental health care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with diverse populations, including families and individuals facing life transitions.
Training or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Background in trauma-informed care.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
