Continuously assess client progress toward this goal. Document in the medical record progress toward this goal and at discharge, complete a written summary of treatment activities, including the client's progress, prognosis and recommendations for follow up including any referrals made. About the Position: Here at the Oklahoma Forensic Center the Nursing department is hiring for Mental Health Technicians that would provide direct care for consumers of behavioral health treatment in an inpatient setting.
