ROLE DESCRIPTION:
BASS ABA is looking to hire Behavior Technicians in your area. A Behavior Technician is a patient-centered professional with experience promoting patient achievement of greater independence in-home, at school, and within the community. Effectively aligns goal development and implementation strategies to promote company objectives and ensure exceptional progress related to established care plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work one-on-one with the learner in their home and/or community to deliver DTT (Discrete Trial Training) and NET (Naturalistic Environment Training) on measurable goals set by the FBA (Functional Behavior Assessment).
Implement behavior reduction procedures specified in the Behavior Intervention Plan.
Take accurate and reliable data during each session utilizing the electronic data collection system.
Submit monthly documents/time logs and attend staff meetings.
Attend mandatory and ongoing training.
Wiling to take the RBT coursework and sit for the test within 3 months of start.
QUALIFICATIONS:
32 credits in college education
Minimum 6 months of experience working directly with individuals with ASD/Developmental delays.
RBT Credentials is a plus.
CentralReach Experience is a plus.

Provides individual and group therapy.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the youths in the shelter by following all ORR policies and procedures.
Assist in identifying victims of trafficking and children vulnerable to being trafficked.
Conducts comprehensive assessments using standardized measures as per standards set forth by Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR)
Provides crisis management and ongoing therapeutic support.
Create Behavioral Plans, Individual Crisis Management Plans and Safety Plans as needed to provide ongoing support to youth and staff.
Schedule and facilitate the Entrance and Exit Meeting with all youths.
Completes paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring that the clinical records meet the requirements of standards set by ORR. Prepares for audits accordingly.
Ensure that all youths have a safe and appropriate discharge plan and that all mental health services are in place prior to discharge.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and protected information according to HIPAA standards.
Demonstrates commitment to departmental and organizational goals.

On-call rotation for 24 hours for clinical intervention for youth as needed
Job Requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology and or Clinical field is a must; licensure preferred

At Atlantic Health System is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated per diem Physical Therapist with serial casting experience to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals at Goryeb's Children's Hospital's outpatient therapy team. The hours would vary during the week, from 8a-4p.

The Team member will be responsible for providing serial casting therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. the Team member will ensure and provide development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Performs initial evaluation examination.
2. Provides and prescribes plans of care consisting of corrective therapeutic exercise.
3. Performs manual treatments consisting of soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, and many more.
4. Supervises and interacts with support staff and maintain proper documentation.
5. Evaluates and establishes a plan of care and treats patients accordingly.
6. Documents patient care and charges appropriately, and documents the course of patient care, including progress made and the ongoing need for treatment.
7. Works with other professionals in an effective manner
8. Provides clinically appropriate therapeutic interventions.
9. Evaluates patient response to treatment and provides feedback to the interdisciplinary team.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university is required
New Jersey Physical Therapy License is required
Preference given to those who have 1-3 years of pediatric experience
Preference given to those who have experience in Serial Casting.
