AODA Counselors are responsible for providing individual and group counseling, case management, and maintaining oversight of particpants in our designated AODA Residential Treatment program locations that work in collaboration with many agencies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet new clients and establish rapport. Provide assessment and client screening within established time-lines. Discuss and complete case management assessment incorporating information previously gathered through the client's DPP agent, referral packet, client application, and collateral resources. Monitor and coordinate performance of each of the client's identified needs through an individualized treatment plan. Assist the client in achieving objectives and maximizing independence and productivity through support and training in uses of personal community resources.
