As the mental health clinician, you will be part of this dynamic team providing assessment, treatment and wellness services to individuals who have mental health diagnosis. Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, screen, counsel, and support individuals in crisis to receive rapid and supportive care while awaiting linkage to long term services. Utilize assessment and evidenced-based modalities to ensure the most successful outcome for the individual's needs. Ensure proper service linkage to appropriate level of care and flow upon exiting our 30-day Early Intervention Support Service Contribute to supporting individuals maintain services within the community and decrease use of hospital emergency rooms. Performing breathalyzers on clients as assigned. Reporting any results over 0.00 to on call supervisor Reporting and completing shift notes for each shift Following chain of command at all times. Being aware of when and how to report any, and all issues on shift, including but not limited to facilities, clients and other staff Building positive relationships with clients and staff Utilizing group chat when on shift for communication with other staff and supervisor Flexibility - scheduling (coverage can be needed at any time).
