In the role of Water/Wastewater EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
* Create detailed designs of water and wastewater treatment systems and collection and distribution systems under instruction from the Project Engineer
* Prepare plans for water and wastewater systems, write specifications, analysis and study-level reports for water and wastewater treatment, distribution and collection systems, determine appropriate design methods, equipment sizing and selection, and work directly with the owner
* Conduct quality control reviews of completed designs.

An exciting opportunity awaits a business development professional to lead, develop, and coordinate marketing efforts in a team-oriented environment. The primary duties include:
* Lead or manage the marketing efforts of Water Business Group pursuits including the development of winning strategies, preparation of proposals and presentations, quality review, coaching presentation teams, and external marketing materials, as necessary. These efforts include research, collaboration, technical and creative writing, and layout development.
* Develop and coordinate graphics, writing and editing, desktop publishing, and document development and production.
* Coordinate and lead marketing coordinators involved in the production of marketing materials including review and quality assurance of all marketing materials.
* Work with BDM to ensure that HDR's internal tracking systems and marketing databases are updated regularly including adding to our library of resumes, statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
* Support the BDM in the development of annual strategic planning in coordination with regional efforts.
* Monitor and report marketing performance indicators including win and capture rates and marketing costs.

This position will be responsible for assisting in driving the growth and development of our Utility Management Services Business Class in Missouri and Kansas, which includes the development and implementation of water, wastewater, and stormwater asset management solutions to support utility operations, engineering, finance, and IT needs.
In the role of Asset Management Lead, we will count on you to promote the advancement of business development strategies, lead the development and pursuit of new clients and new projects; maintain and strengthen client relationships; provide project management and technical expertise for key projects; and support staff development with specific responsibilities. including:
* Lead the evaluation and implementation of utilities' asset management activities, including completing asset inventories; coordinating technology support; determining criticality; completing condition assessments and estimating remaining useful life; identifying repair and renewal needs; and making cost projections.
* Serve as project manager leading the field and office evaluations and implementation of utilities' asset management activities, including:
* Conducting comprehensive asset inventories;
* Coordinating the integration and support of enabling technologies;
* Assessing asset criticality to prioritize efforts;
* Completing condition assessments;
* Estimating remaining useful life;
* Identifying and prioritizing repair and renewal requirements;
* Forecasting capital and operations & maintenance (O&M) needs.

* Independently coordinate the work of the structural design team through the design development and contract document phases of a project
* Take responsibility for coordinating workload through design development and construction document phases to complete the documents on schedule
* Lead structural engineering tasks for a variety of substation structural members such as rolled steel shapes, lattice steel framing, and folded plate tubular steel shapes.
