Todd Schulte is the Chief Operating Office at Togetherwork. Todd sets the vision and direction for the customer-facing and internal operations teams, to drive the execution required for Togetherwork’s success. Todd’s span of control covers Customer Success, Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Shared Services teams working together as One Company. Todd has spent over 20 years in the software industry working in multi-product software companies with global footprints including North & South America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He has deep expertise in M&A and integrations, having led teams at a variety of private-equity backed high growth companies.

As the CFO, Priyanka leads all of the company’s financial operations, including finance, treasury, accounting and tax. Priyanka has over 20 years of finance experience at large and small companies, and a deep background in payments. Prior to joining Togetherwork, Priyanka was the CFO at USA Technologies, a public provider of integrated software and payments solutions, where she was CFO since 2017. Prior to that, she spent six years in various finance and product roles at Heartland Payment Systems, and subsequently at Global Payments, after it acquired Heartland. She left Global Payments as the CFO for their POS solutions business. Earlier in her career, Priyanka spent several years in a variety of finance roles at GE, after beginning her career at Ernst & Young. Priyanka is a CPA, a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree.

Priyanka and her husband enjoy spending time with their 2 young kids. They enjoy traveling as a family and spending time outdoors.
