We will try to give a 24 hour notice of when work is scheduled. You will be required to pack out peoples belongings after a fire or water damage and then to clean the items to be returned. Packing experience is great but not necessary. Conditions are sometimes difficult. If soot or mold are present we have to wear PPE. We sometimes don't have electricity or water, and are exposed to the outdoor elements. A smart phone is required in order to run our documentation software. This would be considered a part time 1099 position starting out.
