The Continuous Improvement (CI) Leads plays a key role in supporting Rugby's Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. The CI Technician ensures production quality and efficiency by assisting with process flow improvements and leading lean events. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement. Job Summary: Support and actively participate in continuous process improvement and Lean initiatives. Lay out, position, and align components using blueprints. Apply and promote 5S principles to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Lead and participate in Kaizen teams to identify and implement improvements. Conduct time studies and observations and collect data for event planning and follow-up. Applying a systematic problem-solving approach to current issues; understanding the current state, completing root cause analysis, and identifying potential solutions. Identify and help implement product and process improvements. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
