Qualifications: + Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of civil construction and estimating experience. + Knowledgeable in some of the following: civil/site construction, foundation, grading and paving, underground utilities/underdrain, storm drain systems, excavation, etc. + Strong computer skills include the ability to use/learn the Heavy Bid estimating software, word process, spread sheets, and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook). + Possess good organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment, and willing to work long hours including weekends when needed and required. + Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations and no DUI's within the last three (3) years to be considered for the job + Must pass a pre-employment physical examination including a drug screen and alcohol test to be considered for the job.
