Position Summary: The Medication Room Attendant is responsible for performing a range of administration tasks, with a great focus on medication assistance/observation. The Medication Room Attendant will be the point of contact between the patient, outside and onsite provider and pharmacies. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate ordering of medication refills, and audits medication records for accuracy.

RESPONSIBLITIES
Monitor patient's independent medication administration following agency protocols.
Effectively manage patient medication refill requests.
Promptly communicate observations to the relevant team members.
Ensures high-quality patient care through efficient and well-structured systems.
Acts as primary point of contact for patients with providers, pharmacies, and on-site providers.
Support the admission process for clients entering treatment during the shift.
Attends the mandatory staff "pass down meeting" during shift change and actively participates.
Documents blood glucose levels.
Scheduling of medical appointments.
Observe and document collection of samples for urinalysis drug testing.
Perform medication audits in line with agency policies and procedures, which also encompasses the sign in/out process for narcotics.
Adheres to guidelines for handling missed medications, instances where patients accidentally drop or spit out medication, and any medication errors that may occur.
Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in patients' charts.
Collaborates with the team to create a secure, hygienic, and nurturing atmosphere.
Pre-screen patients and gather necessary information/documentation before they meet with a healthcare provider.
Help transcribe provider evaluations.
May at times transport patients to appointments and/or medication.
Convert medical management notes to ISP.
Provide support to patients in completing their daily task list.
Ensures accuracy of prescriptions by verifying their validity. Proactively seek clarification and completeness of medication orders.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
AA of Science/Arts Degree preferred.
Experience:
Bilingual preferred.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration:
Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician desired.
Valid drivers license, insurance, and 5 years' driving experience required

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required
Experience:
At least one year of experience in case management, discharge planning, or substance use disorder treatment preferred
Strong knowledge of SUD treatment and recovery resources.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.
Familiarity with 42 CFR part 2 preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Registration:

Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing substance use disorder treatment services as well as on-site clinical supervision, training, and consultation to counseling staff in order to assure that all treatment services are coordinated, delivered and documented. When applicable, clinical supervisor will supervise administration support staff.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Serves as a coordinator of care between clinicians treating substance use and mental health disorders. Ensures a thorough understanding of ASAM criteria and co-occurring disorders. Facilitates the development of integrated behavioral health services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
Oversee the quality control functions that guarantee the precise and punctual completion of all documentation, communication, and client care services, both internally and externally.
Engages in regular group therapy sessions to provide valuable insights for clinicians and evaluate the effectiveness of curricula and program materials.
Responsible for personnel actions such as recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, progressive discipline, and professional development planning. Oversees scheduling and timecard management.
Participates the clinical services emergency on-call 24- hour program.
Offers direct patient care as necessary, involving assessments, admissions, intakes, group sessions, individual therapy sessions, and educational classes.
Keeps up-to-date with industry progress, evaluating program materials and processes, suggesting enhancements, ensuring policy and procedure consistency, and managing administrative tasks for efficient operations.
Engages with community organizations to heighten understanding of program goals and accomplishments.
Serves as the primary hearing officer to address all grievances filed by the organization's clients. Responsible for addressing concerns brought forth by referents and family members of our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Degree or GED required.
Bachelor's experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience:
Bilingual preferred.
Meets one of the following:
Have at least 4000 hours of experience in a state-approved substance use disorder treatment agency (4000 hours in addition to the supervised experience hours required to become a SUDP) OR have at least 3000 hours as described above AND 28 clock hours of recognized supervisor training as required by WAC (DOH/DBHR).
Licenses/Certificates/Registration:
Must possess the Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee credential as required by WAC.
Must have a professional license and registration number from the State Department of Health.
Trainees will receive additional support and training during their initial hours (1500 hours for Masters, 2000 for Bachelors, and 2500 for Associates) and will be expected to be competent in all areas at the completion of the Trainee process. The supervisor will sign off on all documentation made by Trainee or other assigned certified counselors.
