In this role you will get to:
Ensure the bathrooms are clean: empty trash bins, disinfect toliets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and others supplies.
Wipe down break room tables, chairs, countertops, and appliances. In the office areas, wipe down all flat surfaces (desks and tables) and high touch point locations (doors, handles, light switches)
Sweep, mop, and vacuum main areas

Job Responsibilities:
Ability to build assemblies to print, including laying out and physically mounting devices to assemblies, wiring to print and OHM testing panels to ensure that it is built according to print. Must be able to interpret electrical schematics with the assistance of electricians.

Champion a culture of safety excellence, prioritizing the well-being of all employees, visitors, and contractors throughout the project deployment process. Implement and enforce safety protocols and continuously improve safety practices.
Lead complex enterprise transitions by managing the end-to-end execution of factory relocations, consolidations, and new site startups to ensure smooth production transfer and stabilization.
Build and execute transition plans that cover capacity ramp-up, workforce readiness, logistics, and customer continuity with minimal disruption.
Collaborate across functions by working closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, HR, and commercial teams to deliver seamless transitions.
Communicate with clarity and impact by keeping stakeholders, factory teams, supply chain partners, logistics providers, and customers informed and aligned throughout the transition.
Inspire and guide project teams-even when they do not report directly to you-by fostering collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership of results.
Continuously evaluate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to protect operations, supply continuity, and customer commitments.
Define and manage project budgets by balancing operating expenses, capital investments, and inventory requirements with financial discipline.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, serving as the trusted point of contact for leadership, site leaders, suppliers, and customers.
Track performance with discipline by establishing and monitoring KPIs for transfer timeliness, ramp-up success, cost control, quality, and delivery.
Drive organizational change by championing new processes, systems, and ways of working during transitions.
Capture and apply best practices so that future transitions are more efficient and lower-risk.
Requirements:
Extensive experience (7+ years) in project management, factory operations, or manufacturing management, with a strong track record leading factory relocations, consolidations, expansions, startups, or major production transitions.
An educational foundation in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus).
Hands-on project management expertise leading large, complex projects with proficiency utilizing project managements software such as MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar tools with the ability to create and manage timelines, resources, dependencies and dashboards.
Technical know-how in manufacturing operations, quality systems, and lean/continuous improvement practices, with the ability to apply them in transition environments.
A deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and how transitions impact sourcing, logistics, planning/scheduling and customer delivery.
Exceptional communication skills that allow you to align, influence, and engage stakeholders at every level-inside and outside the company.
Proven leadership ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, even when they don't directly report to you, to achieve project success.
Flexibility to travel (up to 50%) with travel levels varying by project phase - heavier during execution phase and lighter during planning or between transitions
Financial acumen to define, manage, and control project budgets-including operating costs, capital investments, and inventory allocations-while balancing cost, risk, and customer needs.
Comfort with data and systems, including ERP tools and metrics-driven reporting, to guide decision-making.

Trystar's team members are our most important asset, we are in search of a Maintenance Technician III who will lead and guide our teams to meet/exceed customer expectations & achieve strategic and aspirational growth plans while following our values & guiding principles.
The Maintenance Technician III needs to have the ability to complete electrical installations, electrical troubleshooting, program and troubleshoot PLC's (Programmable Logic Controls), program and troubleshoot VFD's (Variable frequency Drives), complete electrical and mechanical PM's, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild equipment without direct supervision. Individual will also document the work being done on equipment. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

In this role you will get to:
Performs duties in a safe manner using all approved safety equipment as instructed
Able to program and troubleshoot PLC's
Able to program and troubleshoot VFD's
Able to troubleshoot and repair electronics
Able to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams used for diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems. Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment without direct supervision
Able to disassemble and diagnose mechanical failures and preform the necessary repairs
Specifies equipment for repairs and upgrades
Preform P.M.'s as required
General fabrication skills including welding (MIG & TIG), plasma cutting, oxygen acetylene torch cutting, and ban saw cutting
Able to install machinery
Able to maintain all equipment
Able to apply general pluming skills to maintain equipment and facilities
Able to apply general HVAC skills to maintain equipment and facilities
Assist outside contractors repairing and installing machinery
Knowledge of pneumatics
Knowledge of hydraulics
Able to safely operate forklifts, and scissor lifts
Snow removal.
Maintains an effective working relationship will all employees
Maintains a neat and clean working area throughout the day
Inventory and control stock of supplies
Applies good work habits
Participates in Trystar's Continuous Improvement efforts by understanding his/her team's performance and actively implementing and supporting process improvements
Job Requirements:Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma
2 years of technical training in industrial maintenance or building repair and maintenance and 2 years of field experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic.
Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions (English).
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Familiar with operating power tools.
Ability to take supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team member.
Must be flexible in work hours and have regular full-time attendance.
Must be able to safely perform job responsibilities.
Must participate in Trystar's Maintenance on call rotation.
Promotes Trystar in a positive manner and observes all policies.
Must be able to train on days for approximately 6 months to 1 year.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Journeyman License
4 years of field experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic.
Ability to operate lathe and mill.
Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and MRP transactions (Epicor preferred)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-paced/high growth work environment.
