Job Description Central Elementary School CDC Transition Teacher Position: Special Education CDC Transition Class Teacher Supervisory Responsibilities: ? Directs, monitors, and mentors paraprofessionals working with students who have disabilities. Duties/Responsibilities: ? Performs a variety of assessments and observations to determine the areas in which the student may need extra or modified educational services. Assessment areas may include academic performance, behavior, social development, etc. ? Identifies the student's needs and develops related lesson and teaching plans. ?
