This position will provide tutoring to Kalamazoo Valley students in one-on-one and small group settings. The work schedule may include daytime and/or evening hours, 10-15 hours per week. Excellent writing skills are required, as is the ability to explain the writing process to college students. Experience working with developmental writers and a knowledge of study skills will be helpful. Minimum Qualifications: Applicants interested in tutoring must possess a 3.5 grade point average or better in the discipline and have excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Physical Demands: Work Hours: Approximately 10-15 hours per week; preferably afternoon and evening hours.
