Summary: Provide technical support for equipment in-house and at customer locations including installation, training, repair and customer support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs installations of all product lines at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical issues with equipment, and eliminate future operational or service difficulties.
Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, manufacturing, and other personnel.
Maintains accurate records of performance reports, expenses, billable hours, and trip reports. Documents cases in CRM database in a timely fashion.
Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that technical support and effective service is provided to the customer.
Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time, often for multiple consecutive weeks at the customer's site.
Requirements:
Certification from college or technical school; or a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Vocational training or apprenticeships in electrical and mechanical skills (specifically schematics and wiring diagrams), industrial control systems, PLC relay logic and 3 phase motors preferred.
HVAC certification or experience preferred.
CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Forms, Teams)
Bi-lingual/Spanish capabilities a plus, but not required.

Perform Signal Intelligence and Threat Assessment: Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) signal of interest searches, assess and locate identified signals during surveys and IPMS operations, and evaluate electronic processing equipment for security vulnerabilities.
Generate Comprehensive Reports and Communications: Prepare all required correspondence, documents, briefing materials, spreadsheets, and threat reports in accordance with customer guidelines. This includes specialized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports of inquiry, and after-action reports for all external engagements and exercise participation.
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years experience writing and editing of technical documents
Must have an Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification
Shall complete at least 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training every fiscal year. The NGA customer will sponsor Government-offered, discipline-specific development or refresher training IAW National and DoD standards
Shall meet minimum training requirements, within one calendar year of assignment, for access to DoD networks in accordance with DoDD 8140.01, by attaining and maintaining at least baseline certification for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT2) compliance.

Responsible for enforcing credit policies all collection activity associated with an assigned portfolio of accounts. Accurately complete daily, weekly & monthly activities to meet performance objectives set by management. Develop solid relationships with key internal contacts and external customers through an ongoing written and verbal dialog.
Responsibilities
· Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
· Assess credit risk for new customers daily and existing customers semi-annually using automated processes per stated schedules.
· Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for allowance accounts.
· Participate in various department projects to drive quality improvements, processes, and initiatives.
· Prepare reports and analyses for management including cash receipts forecast.
· Independently prioritize and execute daily collection activities; contact customers for payment via telephone and email, document and maintain timely collection notes in the collection tool and establish appropriate follow-up.
· Perform root cause analysis to resolve customer disputes, billing issues, deductions and propose process enhancements to avoid future issues.
· Contact delinquent customers by phone and email.
· Prepare customer account reconciliations.
· Evaluate customer payment trends and recommend accounts for escalated collection efforts.
· Negotiate terms for settlements and payment plans for management approval.
· Establish and maintain effective, cooperative and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, customers and cross-functional teams.
· Provide ad-hoc reporting, as requested.

· Prior experience particularly in the data center or other technology services industry.
· Basic understanding of financial statements, customer contracts and collection processes.
· Experience creating Excel formulas (including xlookups, vlookups) and pivot tables.
