Responsibilities BH Shared Services (a UHS company) located in Brentwood, TN is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our established team. The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing and reviewing all payroll transactions for assigned facilities, such as automated time and attendance interface, timesheets, wage adjustments, wage garnishments, benefit deductions, as well as input of employee data and payroll calculations necessary for accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing.
The Payroll Coordinator will generate and distribute bi-weekly pay checks or direct deposits, issue manual off cycle payments as required, prepare, and distribute payroll reports to finance, accounting and HR management teams.
This role maintains an open line of communication with UHS and IPM facility management, CFO and HR departments to assist in resolving payroll related issues, answering questions and ensuring our employees receive accurate and timely pay.
The ideal candidate will have proficient data entry skills and a proven ability to use electronic data processing equipment. They must also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Processes and reviews Payroll transactions, including timesheets, wage adjustments, and benefit deductions. Interface automated time records with payroll application and or perform manual time entry via interpreting time sheets and excel spreadsheets.
* Performs accurate and timely input of employee data and payroll calculations necessary for bi-weekly payroll processing. Prepare excel spreadsheet reconciliations and payroll justification reports detailing hours, gross wage calculation and taxable withholding for each entity processed.
* Generates and distributes scheduled bi-weekly paychecks and or direct deposits, as well as process approved manual off cycle check requests, voids, stop pays, and direct deposit reversals for employees as directed.
* Prepares and distributes bi-weekly reconciliations, payroll, and finance reports to appropriate accounting and management teams, and HR.
* Addresses employee and facility payroll queries regarding hours, salaries, and taxes and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma required
* 1-3 years of experience processing payroll.
* Proficient data entry skills and proven ability to use electronic data processing equipment and related payroll and financial software applications.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret payroll reports, payroll related technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, individual employees, and outside agencies.

The Corporate IS Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Application Analyst - Clinical Applications.
The Associate Application Analyst - Clinical Applications works with facility users, vendors, and corporate staff to address clinical information requirements and solve related problems through the implementation and support of IS technologies and clinically oriented business practices. Qualifications
Position Requirements:
* This position requires an Associate's degree in a Business, Technology or Clinically (nursing, psychology, etc.) related field.
* No working experience is required, up to one year of experience would enhance the skills and abilities necessary to perform this job.
* Five or more years of experience with similar applications in a related environment may be substituted for degree requirement.
* 1 year experience working in an Information Technology environment is preferred but not required, with hands-on computer experience.
* Experience working in a health care environment is a plus. Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and email software applications.
* A quick learner of software and information technology, and motivated to learn new applications and business operations.
* Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills and documentation skills, among facility customers and team members.
* Demonstrates customer-oriented service excellence principals, as outlined in UHS corporate standards. Self-disciplined, able to work independently, but also able to take direction when necessary.
* Self-motivated to identify and resolve issues, and in advancing personal knowledge.

Position Summary: Care Navigator This position is responsible for the timely assessment and processing of inquiry and referral calls, serving as a liaison to referral sources, physicians, unit staff, and hospital personnel involved in each transfer request. Position Summary: This position is responsible for processing insurance claims for assigned facilities in a timely manner. This position ensures review and collecting of payments from insurance agencies and patients for the assigned facilities. This position requires collaboration between the insurance agencies, the facility, and the patient in resolving any problems that may occur during each Revenue Cycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Processes the filing for all assigned claims. Ensures requirements are met and claims are followed-up on daily to eliminate denials and non-payment of claims.
* Reviews and conducts research on insurance correspondence and makes necessary corrections to ensure appropriate claims payment.
* Conducts research and follow-up on denials in a timely manner and proactively communicates any denial issues related to billing requirements. Completes re-bill request as necessary to facilitate timely and proper claims payment.
* Contact and explain insurance benefits and collect payments to patients. Resolve any issues related to the patient accounts and negotiate any overdue balance to recover payments form patients. Assist patients with terms for payment plans when necessary.
* Monitors contracts and single patient agreements to ensure appropriate reimbursement is received. Reviews each eligibility of benefits (EOB) for proper reimbursement and answer inquiries and correspondence from patients and insurance companies to facilitate payment.
* Manages assigned projects related to obtaining appropriate and timely reimbursement of outstanding claims and performs various collection actions including contacting third party payers or patients by phone

Qualifications
Requirements:
* High School Graduate/GED Required Vocational Technical School Graduate preferred
* 1-3 Years Related work experience required
* Understands billing requirements for commercial payers and Medicaid.
* Demonstrates understanding of both UB04 claim form, CMS 1500 claim form, and Explanation of Benefits. Understands which insurance require which type of claim form.
* Knowledge of basic medical coding and third-party operating procedures and practices
* Demonstrates ability to work effectively with and interact with patients and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner that adheres to FRN's Mission and Statement of Values
* Read and Understand an Explanation of Benefits - Remittance Advice
* Average Skill level with Microsoft, Excel, Word.
