Our Medical Assistants develop relationships and get to know our patients and monitor patient care history and deliver personalized, compassionate care every time to each patient. Summary:
Under direct supervision of LIP (licensed independent practitioner), RN (registered nurse), NM/ANM (nurse manager/assistant nurse manager) or other licensed designee, functions as a member of the patient care team. Performs technical, patient care and related clerical functions in the urgent care setting by coordinating all elements of the patient visit.

* Responsible for the input of orders for provider signature or signing orders (per protocol) as directed by the provider. This may include referral orders, medication refill orders, imaging orders, or lab orders.
* Identifies the portions of the encounter that were scribed on behalf of the provider using the scribe signature per policy.
* Schedules future appointments, referrals, procedures, and diagnostics as appropriate.
* Provides patient instruction using pre-approved patient education materials specific to the chief complaint or for the health promotion of observed behaviors known to contribute to poor health, as directed by the provider.
* Prints after visit summary and completes discharge of patient from exam room.
* Provides age-appropriate care/service as applicable to role.

Data Management
· 10% - Serve as a central point of contact for program-level data domain management for assessment data and learning analytics (e.g., ExamSoft, D2L, CAE Learning Space, CoursEval).
· 20% - Develop and implement best practices for data management and governance, including maintenance of a COM data codebook, standardization of data definitions, and quality-control protocols across assessment systems.

What we are looking for:
· Master's degree with a minimum of three year's experience working as an assessment data analyst, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
· Two to three years (or more) experience working in an education environment or working in a similar capacity with competency-based data highly preferred. Higher education experience preferred.
· Proficiency in data management including data governance, data quality, metadata and master data management.
· Excellent data collection/entry, data reconciliation, data analysis and data reporting skills.
· Experience with database development and statistical software use; two to three years experience working with data visualization software (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Mural) and data coding language (e.g., SQL, Python).

* Oversee academic programs and ensure continued compliance with AACSB accreditation standards and continuous improvement processes.
* Foster a scholarly culture by ensuring academic rigor, leading faculty evaluation processes, and promoting mentoring and professional development to support faculty and staff growth and scholarly productivity.
* Advance philanthropic engagement and deepen corporate, community, and alumni partnerships to expand opportunities and financial sustainability.
* Strengthen financial sustainability and independence through fundraising, philanthropy and entrepreneurial revenue-generating opportunities.
* Strengthen a collaborative, transparent culture that supports trust, shared governance, and constructive communication.
* Represent and advocate for the Wilson College of Business effectively within the university and to external audiences, building partnerships with corporate, community and global stakeholders.
* Expand the Wilson College of Business' global engagement, including international programs and partnerships.
* Embrace digital transformation and data-informed decision-making in curriculum, pedagogy and operations.
* Support economic and community development initiatives, including grant-funded and service-based programs that enhance Iowa's economic vitality.
Education Requirements:
* Earned doctorate or terminal degree in business or a related field.
Required Qualifications:
* A distinguished record of teaching, research, and service that demonstrates scholarly achievement sufficient for tenure at the rank of full professor in one of the Wilson College of Business academic departments.
* Demonstrated success in academic administration.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategies that promote student success.
* Experience with AACSB accreditation processes and standards.
* Proven experience in building external partnerships and securing resources through fundraising, grant acquisition, or entrepreneurial initiatives.
* Exceptional oral, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to foster a people-centered culture by cultivating strong, trusting relationships with faculty, staff and students.
* Experience leading organizational innovation with an agile and adaptive approach.
* Experience using data-informed decision-making to enhance academic or operational effectiveness.

JOB GOAL: To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. GENERAL:
1. The success of athletic programs has a strong influence on the community's image of the entire system. The public exposure is a considerable responsibility and community/parent pressure for winning performance is taxing, but must not override the objectives of good sportsmanship and good mental health.
2. The position includes other unusual aspect such as extended time, risk injury factor and due process predicaments.
3. It is the express intent of this job description to give sufficient guidance to function. In cases not specifically covered, it shall be assumed that a coach shall exercise common sense and good judgment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Has a thorough knowledge of all the athletic policies approved by the West Burlington Independent Schools' Board of Education and is responsible for their implementation by the entire staff of the
sports program.
2. Has knowledge of existing system, state and league regulations; implements same consistently.
3. Understands the proper administrative line of command and refers all requests or grievances through proper channels. Is aware of all public/staff/departmental meetings that require attendance.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
4. Serves as a mentor to each athlete to promote the development and demonstration in student athletes the character traits of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
5. By his/her presence at all practices games and while traveling, provides assistance, guidance and safeguards for each participant.
FINANCE AND EQUIPMENT:
6. Properly marks and identifies all equipment before issuing or storing.
7. Monitors equipment rooms and coaches' offices, authorizes who may enter, issue or requisition equipment.
8. Permits the athletes to only be in authorized areas of the building at the appropriate times.
9. Examines locker rooms before and after practices and games, checking on general cleanliness of the facility. Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of specific sport equipment.
10. Secures all doors, lights, windows and locks before leaving building if custodians are not on duty.
11. Instills in each player a respect for equipment and school property, its care and proper use.
PUBLIC RELATIONS:
12. Organizes parents, coaches, players and guests for preseason meetings.
13. Promotes the sport within the school through recruiting athletes who are not in another sports program and promotes the sport outside the school through news media, little league programs, or in
any other feasible manner.
14. Responsible for the quality, effectiveness and validity of any oral or written release to local media.
15. Responsible for maintaining good public relations with news media, booster club, parents, officials, volunteers and fans.
