Role Summary:
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the client, internal project team, and field operations. You will oversee all aspects of project execution from buyout through closeout, maintaining authority to make decisions surrounding budget, schedule, and project coordination. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage multiple moving parts while supporting the company's culture of safety and quality.

Commercial Masonry Projects - Education, Healthcare, Institutional, Mixed-Use, and Commercial Developments ($1M - $30M)
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct project schedules, budgets, and overall performance.
Set up and implement job procedures to ensure timely buyout, shop drawing approvals, and material delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Architects, General Contractors, and subcontractors.
Provide value-engineered solutions and recommendations when applicable.
Collaborate with Superintendents to develop and enforce jobsite safety plans.
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
Support and mentor project staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Exposure to or familiarity with masonry or concrete construction.
BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred but not required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals.
Ability to manage multiple projects and make timely, informed decisions.

The Office of Professional and Continuing Education is home to Auburn Youth Programs which operates academic, athletic, cheer, and dance summer camps for over 4,000 high school students throughout the summer. Camp staff will help Auburn Youth Programs bring our summer camps to life and perform behind the scenes tasks to help campers have a unique experience at Auburn University.

**Essential Functions**
A successful Auburn Youth Programs Staff Member will be an Auburn student with a passion for impacting and serving youth. Staff are allowed to take classes but must work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

+ Have attended Auburn University for at least one year
+ Enrolled and taking classes during the semester of employment; **or**

The compensation rate for this position is $12.00/hr plus bonus potential. This rate is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities.
Responsibilities & Duties
Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
Participate and assist with the execution of marketing efforts on campus and in the community, customer appreciation events, and other special events.
Respond to leasing inquiries from prospects by making appointments, conducting tours, maintaining show units, and completing follow-ups with the potential resident.
Assist with annual unit turnover and help execute move-in/move-out procedures.
Complete administrative and Front Desk tasks and duties.
Ensure accurate file documentation and assist in the collection of required fees in accordance with company policy.

Respond to after-hour emergency issues as needed.
Perform other duties as directed by Property Manager.
Requirements:
