Overview The MASC Junior Counselor program is for 15 and 16 year-old students who are interested in learning what it looks like to serve locally while potentially preparing to become counselors. It gives students the opportunity to tangibly serve and lead in the community while learning and growing in who they are in Christ and as future leaders while being paid. This program also provides an opportunity for students to complete community service hours for school as well as a great experience for students to include in their college resumes and applications.
