The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mills, lathes, and a variety of manufacturing tools, as well as a working knowledge of medical device regulations. This role requires flexibility in job responsibilities and the ability to collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address a wide range of machining needs, including fixture production/modification, reactionary repairs, and prototype development. What You'll Do Operate and maintain manual and CNC mills, lathes, and other shop equipment for the fabrication and modification of components and fixtures. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support R&D projects, production repairs, and automation equipment development. Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications to produce high quality parts. Ensure all machining activities comply with applicable medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
