Experienced and Licensed Techs expectations include patient care, client education, surgical monitoring, dental procedures, performing a variety of laboratory functions, mentoring new team members, etc. The right candidate must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, positive energy, can-do attitude and must possess good communication skills.
