Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Three years of experience working in a warehouse support role, or similar role, under minimal supervision
Or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Active and valid forklift certification for sit down forklift required either upon hire or within 90 days of hire
Active and valid TX driver's license with clear driving record required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Pull inventory and stage all orders for delivery or pick-up in a courteous and timely manner
Receive materials from delivery trucks and installer returns, and process paperwork
Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
Utilize BOLT software for order schedules and pick tickets
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through the receiving process, order pulling and order check-out
Support team members through service and flexibility
Become knowledgeable on all material
Assist in deliveries as instructed and scheduled by the Warehouse Supervisor (WS)
Organize and re-stock inventory to maximize order pulling efficiency
Perform cycle counts in coordination with warehouse supervisory personnel
Work with team members to cut items to include wood handrail and blinds using appropriate tools and machines
Report any discrepancies or issues with our product to appropriate warehouse supervisory personnel.
Become knowledgeable on, and perform the completion of, safety rail installation and blinds installation
Operate a forklift and pallet jack
Communicate effectively with other internal departments including, without limitation, warehouse supervisory personnel, sales, and installation, to provide routine updates and related information essential to consistently meeting sales goals and customer expectations
Ensures all job duties are performed in a safe, effective, and efficient manner, and in accordance with all Company policies, procedures, and practices

Safely operate manual and powered equipment; perform equipment inspections.
Process orders
Inspect inbound deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders and invoices.
Assist with claims, returns, and coordination with Purchasing, AP, and carriers.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of warehouse experience; prior lead or trainer experience a plus.
