Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Logistics: Ensure timely shipments by monitoring production, handling the transport of raw materials, and maintaining quality standards.

Disassemble old racking; sort, bind and store by dimensions.
Move and make changes to existing racking.
Measure, outline and paint truck and farm area according to layout.
Move product to new racking, according to new layout charting.
Install signs and labels in bins, dock doors, etc.
Responsible for unloading semi-trailers and/or assisting the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks.
Use equipment and tools provided daily accurately and safely to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products.
Tires/products should be in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed.
Responsible for always working safely and following safety rules.
Assist the Facilities Dept with light maintenance tasks
Work in a warehouse when not traveling.
Able to load route trucks
Responsible for unloading truck efficiently, accurately and in organized manner.
Work with and train temps or other employees assisting. (Level II)

· Receives orders from the Warehouse Manager and retrieves/picks/packs goods from warehouse.
· Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects collected goods.
· Delivers materials to routing areas for packing and updates computer ordering system.
· Uses an order-picker system/sheet to pull orders when needed.
· Follows safety rules for warehouse when picking an order.
· May assist with loading and unloading trucks at Warehouse
· Moves stock in a manner that prevents breakage and/or product loss
· Ability to ensure that strict delivery deadlines are met
· Upholds all company policies and practices
· Performs/completes other duties or special projects as assigned

· Must be able to frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds, or infrequently sit/remain in a seated position during job performance, and frequently balance on uneven surfaces/ground.
· Must be able to continuously communicate with store employees, co-workers, vendors, either in-person or over the phone, including speaking, hearing, and sight in order to assist customers.
· While working, this position may be exposed to dust, cleaning agents, truck exhaust when receiving and/or unloading product, inadequate lighting at close of business, tolerance of noise from products and customers, tolerance of smells/scents of products (i.e. candles, potpourri, lotions, etc.), work outside, and work at heights in the stockroom or on the product floor.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS
This is a regular, full-time, hourly position that is deemed “non-exempt” by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), which means that any hours worked over 40 will be paid at time-and-a-half, and will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
