Job Description
THE POSITION:
At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We're open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can't wait.
The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).
Essential Functions
Comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions
Identify, locate, and gather product for distribution to specified areas
Assemble, build, and transport customer orders
Certified to operate Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift to transport items through our certification program

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Work experience in a fast-paced, distribution warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred
Previous forklift operation experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED), from any accredited institution inside or outside of the US.

Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation (a calculator may be used)
Ability to follow instructions without deviation required

Job Summary
The Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management analyzes existing inventory and resolves inbound discrepancies in order to drive the operational efficiency of pharmacy warehouse operations. The Senior Coordinator validates inbound shipments, places electronic orders, creates standard inventory reports and forecasts, and leads regular cycle counts. By ensuring the quality and efficiency of inventory management, this job contributes to customer satisfaction and minimizing the facility's expenses.
Responsibilities
* Receives inbound products from manufacturers and checks packing slips to ensure that the quantity of product matches the slips and the order placed. Enters and validates product data in the database and releases product for use in the facility.
* Develops forecasts of inventory based on customer demand, orders, and shipment speeds of various products and manufacturers.
* Places electronic orders based on inventory reporting and forecasting. Communicates with manufacturers as necessary to provide additional order information.
* Monitors inventory levels continually and runs reports from database to analyze slow-moving products, fast-moving products, and expiration date data.
* Evaluates quantity discrepancies and quality issues, such as damaged products and enters issues into database and contacts manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue and, as necessary, escalates the issue to the Manager, Pharmacy Services.
* Conducts regular cycle counts by developing count lists, providing lists and instruction to Pharmacy Technicians and other staff, and collecting and validating the count data.
* Manages the storage and outbound logistics of product returns to manufacturers as well as quarantined products. Edits data in the PMS based on the products' National Drug Codes.

The Senior Coordinator validates inbound shipments, places electronic orders, creates standard inventory reports and forecasts, and leads regular cycle counts. By ensuring the quality and efficiency of inventory management, this job contributes to customer satisfaction and minimizing the facility's expenses.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Receives inbound products from manufacturers and checks packing slips to ensure that the quantity of product matches the slips and the order placed. Enters and validates product data in the database and releases product for use in the facility.
+ Develops forecasts of inventory based on customer demand, orders, and shipment speeds of various products and manufacturers.
+ Places electronic orders based on inventory reporting and forecasting. Communicates with manufacturers as necessary to provide additional order information.
+ Monitors inventory levels continually and runs reports from database to analyze slow-moving products, fast-moving products, and expiration date data.
+ Evaluates quantity discrepancies and quality issues, such as damaged products and enters issues into database and contacts manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue and, as necessary, escalates the issue to the Manager, Pharmacy Services.
+ Conducts regular cycle counts by developing count lists, providing lists and instruction to Pharmacy Technicians and other staff, and collecting and validating the count data.
+ Manages the storage and outbound logistics of product returns to manufacturers as well as quarantined products. Edits data in the PMS based on the products' National Drug Codes.
+ Regular use of material handling equipment

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for computer data entry which is required for receipts, shipments, and inventory maintenance. The Inventory Clerk is responsible for assisting the supervisor/manager in ensuring the facility is in compliance with quality standards.
As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain accurate warehouse inventory
* Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues
* Return material coming from customer to factory
* Function autonomously, reporting progress and issues to supervisor/management
* Follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures
* Maintain appropriate records and reports to ensure inventory control and security. Conduct physical inventory as required. Assist in conduct daily / monthly "in-house" cycle count when required, support shipping / receiving in locating missing items throughout facility.
* Perform safety audits per operation requirements. Report and correct any unsafe operations
* Participate in daily start-up and staff meetings as required. Assist supervision as needed.
* Use PC skills for e-mail and generating reports as required.
* Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system; to identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system; to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels; to verify the implementation of solutions.
* Review/investigate issues with inbound and/or outbound functions including unloading, checking, orderly stacking, storing, order pulling, staging, labeling, and loading. Ship material to the factory upon client requests inventory. Notify management when procedures require updates.
* Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Perform housekeeping audits per operation requirements.
OTHER DUTIES (Site Specific)
* Assist leadership as needed.
* Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation. Participate in established cross training matrix activities with the opportunity to improve their knowledge in multiple departments and be able to assist as a backup associate when the need may rise.
