    Job Description of Warehouse Shipper for our plant in Arlington, TX Monday-Friday 2:30 pm - 11 pm Pay Rate - $13.00 - $14.99 Duties & Responsibilities: • Check IMS program to determine priority jobs and set workload for the day. • Help create different sizes of boxes to have ready for the day's workload. • As jobs are moved from the cutting table, ensure quality by inspecting for imperfections such as color and alignment. • Count products to ensure the box contains the correct quantity per the order. • Scan barcode on gang sheet into IMS program to record product information and create shipping labels. • Stage packed boxes to the correct designated shipping area. • Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately. • Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and free of any safety hazards. • Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs. • Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of packing experience preferred. • UPS/FedEx shipping knowledge is a plus. • Basic computer knowledge. • Good organizational skills. • Attention to detail. • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. • Ability to communicate effectively with management and coworkers. • Ability to use hand/power tools and safely operate them. • Ability to multitask with changing priorities. • Ability to recognize safety issues and implement corrective actions.
